Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

This is a private self-catering studio unit that accommodates 2 guests only, located in Yzerfontein, approximately 98 kilometers from Cape Town. We are a short walk to the beach with views of the ocean and Dassen Island and magnificent sunsets. There is a queen size bed with linen, electric blanket for the cold months, microwave, full Dstv, WiFi, bar fridge, snappy chef convection plate and Weber barbecue, solar power to keep the lights on. There is a walk in shower and towels are provided.
