This magnificent and authentic half-timbered Norman cottage with sauna is located on the heights of the classified valley of Ganzeville. Located in the countryside less than 2 hours from PARIS, 20 minutes from ÉTRETAT, the proximity of FECAMP will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the city center (less than 5 minutes), its beach and the sea (10 minutes) as well as its Fisheries Museum. The south-facing house is built on a partially enclosed 3000 m2 wooded lot.

Come and rest at the farm, in the old bread oven of the renovated farmhouse. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, Scandinavian wood decor and winter garden. Welcome to Karine and Guillaume's Norman gîte in the heart of the Pays de Caux, close to the banks of the Seine, abbeys and hiking trails. Within the family property, adjoining the owners' house, with the possibility of access to the large flower garden, you will observe the peaceful life around the fenced pond and get to know their friendly animals. The gîte can accommodate 5 people + one extra, has an enclosed garden, a private terrace and parking.

Clean, the cabin will offer you moments (and colors) of rare beauty to recharge your batteries alone, with family or friends and enjoy: hiking, gastronomy, kite surfing, paragliding, fishing or simply living nature, the rhythm of the tides and rest. It seems that after sleeping in linen sheets, it doesn't happen. Its brightness and sound insulation make it particularly pleasant, especially during winter.
