Casa Jirafa set the highest standard for an airBnB experience I’ve ever had. The home is so lovely that you don’t feel guilty sleeping in or hanging around the private pool. The location is central and the city is lively. A wonderful experience with perfect hosts. 10/10 recommend their entire business structure and beautiful home. The most helpful were their guidebooks that gave me all the local knowledge I needed that I was able to download into a digital form. Will be booking again!

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was more beautiful than the pics. Restaurants and activities are all within walking distance. The host and owner were so helpful and responsive to all our needs. We loved our time there and felt right at home. ❤️

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. An hour drive to the beach, cenotes & ruins. It was perfect for a 4 night stay - wish we’d have had more time.

This is a 5 stars place no doubt! If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness we would as we found the house spotless on all fronts. Great communication for ease of check in and check out. Excellent for groups given the numerous seating areas that can accommodate 8-10 people all at once, outdoor as well as indoor. Accessing the ocean for a swim is swift although you have to cross over the concrete wall or step over sideways so maybe a little difficult for low-mobility individuals. Don't miss these raved about sunset swims tho! Would definitely come back!

Wat een prachtig verblijf! Wij hebben hier onwijs genoten. De keuken is perfect voor gebruik, de slaapkamer is voorzien van airconditioning en het zwembad is prachtig. De hostess was enorm vriendelijk, behulpzaam en meedenkend! Nogmaals dank 🌞.

I loved this place. The views from each floor were so beautiful. The hosts were also amazing. They helped us with transportation, renting golf carts, making appointments for massages, having a cleaning lady, and to reserve the chef. All of which I recommend you do. Definitely a luxury experience!

Staying at Miguel Angel’s Airbnb was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful—just what my husband and I needed to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. Miguel was a wonderful host and gave us great local tips. On his recommendation, we explored the area on foot and ended up meeting a lovely local family who invited us into their home for an unforgettable dinner. It was 100% authentic Mayan cuisine, prepared with so much love. On our last night, we returned to thank them and were not only treated to another delicious homemade meal, but also invited to celebrate their daughter’s wedding. We truly felt like part of the family. The cenote nearby was a breathtaking and unique experience, and the backyard pool terrace felt like a private oasis—so serene and perfectly designed for relaxation. If you’re looking for peace, authenticity, and a touch of magic, this is the place. Thank you, Miguel, for sharing this special spot with us.

Todo super limpio y en orden, tiene bastaaaaante espacio, una sola super amplia, el baño enorme, puedes utilizar la cocina y comedor compartido, que por igual son muuuy grandes, y desde luego aprovechar la alberca que está riquísima. Super bien ubicada con todo lo que quieras comer o visitar. Alvin el dueño muy amable, sin duda alguna regresaremos.

The house was amazing, a beautiful private area right next to the beach with an incredible pool and hot tub. Inside was a great bedroom with TV and AC, next to a kitchen to make some small meals. Alberto and Nadia were the best hosts I've had the pleasure to meet. They were helpful, responsive and very sweet and friendly. Will continue coming back here next time I'm in Sisal.

Great apartment, lovely building. One elevator was broken which was a bummer and the place was a bit dusty. Overall quite clean, super responsive host, amazing location and beautiful views from the roof. Would stay again.

Excelente lugar para hospedarte, el lugar estaba súper limpio al llegar, José te da todo tipo de información para que te muevas hacia distintos puntos de la ciudad, la recamara era muy cómoda y tenía todos los servicios a disposición de nosostros, además hay muchos lugares cerca para comer y comprar cosas si quieres cocinar. Es la mejor elección hospedarte en este lugar

Dora’s place was just as described. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, slept like a baby every single night. The location was great as well near many restaurants and a 8 minute golf cart ride from the ferry terminal. It has lots of golf cart parking as well. The apartment was spacious and the shower was HUGE. Overall we had a really good stay and we would definitely return if we are back in San Pedro.

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

We absolutely loved the warm welcome We received from Bethany. She gave us some of her recommendations for restaurants, and they were spot on Perfect for us. We absolutely loved the shower and The bathtub on the patio. We used it every day. The whole place was fantastic, and we would highly highly recommend people staying here.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for lounging any time of day. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking Playa del Carmen, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Great location to get to 5th street and the restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.
