His place is amazing if you are looking to disconnect, relax and have a low key trip. He is really kind and flexible, the place have just what you need to enjoy towels, clean bedding and ac. Don’t forget to bring your water en shampoo and body wash. I would definitely recommend his place and look forward to staying there again.

Am I sleeping in an art gallery? Or is it a botanical garden? Or a wine making lab? My host in Maxcunú, Adolfo, is a retired university researcher. He’s an agronomy engineer, but has several hobbies he’s passionate about, always focused primarily on the culture and lands of the Maya. My room, called "Tropical Birds", has remarkable works of art, and indeed, the whole property is covered with fascinating artworks. Adolfo volunteered to pick me up and drop me off at the Tren Maya station, which in any case is near town. It's a pleasant small town, safe to walk at night. Apart from Adolfo's own art gallery and botanical gardens and a few places around the plaza, there's not a lot of touristic interest right in town, but it's well located for several Maya sites, caves, and walking in the hills. The facility is as described with all the things you'd expect in a good airbnb. This is one place where conversation with the host is a definite plus, with his extraordinary wealth of knowledge.

Roxana was always on the lookout and communication was super good. Everything was excellent in the accommodation, there was no fault of anything. The place is quiet and comfortable, the house has everything that comes in the description, it is spacious and everything is very nice. The area is very quiet and is 5 minutes from the beach by car.

This place was so much fun to stay at! Very remote back in the jungle and was such a beautiful area. We ordered the breakfast to our rooftop which was delicious! Super cool experience

Accommodation very faithful to the photos, in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Access is not the easiest, but we were well warned in advance and accompanied: the host provides a clear map and remains very responsive to messages, which greatly facilitates the arrival. The ad specifies that a large vehicle is required: in our opinion, a 4x4 is not necessary, but it is better to avoid very low sports cars. A classic car is perfect. The place is secure (with identity checks at the entrance) and set back, which guarantees calm and privacy. Access to the complex's pool and cenote is easy and pleasant. The accommodation is well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. Only downside: the baths on the roof did not work (very rusty and the water did not heat, even after several hours of fire), which is a shame because it was part of the expected experience. We had a very pleasant stay at Mauricio’s place. The accommodation was comfortable and exactly as described. Both the host and the caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality and support. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a great stay. it had a nice large pool and tropical surroundings. 5 minute walk to beach and fifth ave. We have stayed in this area before and love it very much. Very responsive and was a pleasure staying at their house

Beautiful experience staying in the glass house. The host provided us with very clear instructions on how to get there and if you stick to them and take your time you should have no problems finding it. I’ve always wanted to see hummingbirds and we saw plenty during our stay, but the sound of the jungle at night was a real highlight. I will certainly go back in the future.

The hostess's service was very good, very attentive and helpful. the house was comfortable, clean, a quiet place to rest and family. if I would go back. we really liked the space in front, there was enough space to play football or some activity. There was room to hang hammocks everywhere, super good. they leave you two towels and two hammocks. if we liked it.

I loved my stay. The location was perfect. Walkable to everything. I didn’t need to take a taxi once. The trailer is so cozy and clean. Great wifi, hot water, AC, kitchen amenities. It felt secure. I was a little uneasy the first night with the lack of curtains on the doors (meaning that people can see right in to the kitchen/living room area) and the fellow that lives in a boat right out front, but after the first night any trepidation was gone. I would stay again and cannot recommend it enough.

A very nice house, spaces for all times, well-equipped kitchen and living room as well as the rooms and bathrooms, you will not regret spending a weekend in this beautiful place.

We had a great stay at Losita’s. She is very responsive and sweet. The large screened in veranda and kitchen area were lovely. There is a beach and restaurants within walking distance.

We're from USA. This was my first time ever staying in Mexico as an adult and my girlfriends first time staying in Mexico EVER. We are both unfamiliar with the culture and barely know Spanish, and in the small town of Homun that makes things difficult! 😅 All the locals were looking at us as we drove by, people were trying to sell us cenote tours, awkward, but never felt unsafe😊 There is a store right around the corner we were able to walk to, Maria offered us restaurants in town, and the local cenotes were BEAUTIFUL! This house is a perfect location central to multiple ruins like Uxmal and Chichen Itza, and offered a far more cultural and local experience ❤️ Much more meaningful than a fake resort The amenities were great, so many places to sit and relax we did not even use them all! Full kitchen was great, bathroom, etc. Bed was very stiff but I was so tired I didn't care. AC kept the house cool at night. The pool is 2m deep! For adventurous beginners only! Thank you Maria :)

This place is a humble, beautiful, dream-like beach home. It feels personal and real — not overdone or trying too hard. Just the essentials, done right. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a space that’s easy to settle into. The vibe is peaceful and low-key, and it really lets the natural beauty of Celestún shine. If you’re looking for a relaxed, authentic spot to unwind by the sea, this is it.

A little paradise in the middle of the flowers. Quiet, clean and welcoming. Two very pleasant nights spent here. We'd love to come back. You absolutely have to have a car, but Valladolid and the Zaci or Oxamn cenotes are very close.

Wonderful place! We went to celebrate Father's Day and were fascinated. You can disconnect from the city and relax with the sounds of nature. The pool is as beautiful as it appears in the photos! The gardens are beautiful and if you bring your pet, it will be totally safe because the entire perimeter is very well delimited. We brought a small dog and we could leave it loose all the time without worrying about it getting out. The dining room is an ideal place to socialise and makes you feel at home. The main room has board games and a portable speaker that are perfect for meetings. It has a grill, refrigerator, stove and all the necessary utensils. The phone signal is good and so is the Wi-Fi. There is hot water and all rooms have air conditioning. The host was always attentive and very kind. The place is at the entrance of the town Tesoco and a few kilometers from Valladolid. We will be back soon!
