Casa Jirafa set the highest standard for an airBnB experience I’ve ever had. The home is so lovely that you don’t feel guilty sleeping in or hanging around the private pool. The location is central and the city is lively. A wonderful experience with perfect hosts. 10/10 recommend their entire business structure and beautiful home. The most helpful were their guidebooks that gave me all the local knowledge I needed that I was able to download into a digital form. Will be booking again!

The house is super comfortable, has its own beach, it is equipped with everything you need to spend the stay very comfortable. 10 minutes from Progreso and 10 minutes from island swings I recommend taking that tour. I would definitely go there again.

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. An hour drive to the beach, cenotes & ruins. It was perfect for a 4 night stay - wish we’d have had more time.

Myr and Sam were phenomenal hosts. From their clear communication to their flexibility with our check-in and check-out (within reason). They truly contributed to our amazing trip to Mérida. The property was private, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. They greeted us at the door and shared fantastic local recommendations that we genuinely enjoyed. The location is just a 15 minute walk to the city center and easily accessible by Uber, making it super convenient to explore. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return — next time, just to enjoy the Airbnb itself even more!

What an incredible stay! Stayed 5 nights and wish it could have been more. The place is fabulous looks even better in person, feels like a mini oasis with the wonderfully designed pool and outdoor space. No complaints and will def be staying here again.

It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood yet just a short walk to the city center, which was super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Great beach view. Spacious place with kitchenette and table for four people. Very close to get to the airport, Mayan train station, Plaza la Isla, playa dolphins, etc. No traffic complaint on the days we were. Very good care of the host.

Great apartment, lovely building. One elevator was broken which was a bummer and the place was a bit dusty. Overall quite clean, super responsive host, amazing location and beautiful views from the roof. Would stay again.

Excellent place to stay, the place was super clean when we arrived, José gives you all kinds of information so you can get around to different parts of the city, the bedroom was very comfortable and had all the services available to us, there are also many places nearby to eat and buy things if you want to cook. It's the best choice to stay in this place

Our stay was perfect!, Raquel was super attentive to our arrival and at all times to give us tips and make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The house is very nice, very comfortable, with everything you need, super clean and with an unbeatable location, there is where to park on the street and be able to do everything on foot, because it is only a couple of blocks from the cathedral, and a few more from the market, the wall, etc... we would be delighted to return!

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized and clean! Super complete as described! The location is perfect, super close to the main restaurant, party and beach area, there's plenty to do in the region. This is a beautiful apartment fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the location could not be better! Gorgeous view of the beach from the bedroom, 1 block from the town square and tons of incredible restaurants, and beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Also the rooftop pool is amazing! Yadira is a fantastic host! She was always quick to respond and answer all my questions. She gave great food recommendations, and was very flexible with extending my stay. This is a top notch Airbnb and I can’t wait to come back!
