Nicte's home was wonderful. The space was well organized and spotless. The internet runs as advertised and is perfect for work, streaming and playing games online. The surrounding area is very walkable and even has a 24 hr convenience store a 10 minute walk away perfect for night owls. Great option for longer stays.

Very nice place! The internet of the apartment was a little unstable for my needs as I work online, but in the common areas you can compensate for this. I highly recommend the stay.

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

The place is charming, comfortable and safe, close to the progress malecon and restaurants and bars. The service is excellent.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

Excellent option to unplug and spend good time with friends and/or Family. The apartment is very comfortable as well as the amenities the building counts. Great service from maintenance personnel.

Very nice place, everything clean and the pool too, anything or doubt Roberto is attentive and responds as soon as possible, unfortunately we could not use the pool but it was not necessary, we were in the pool and there was no problem, super recommended!
