This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

We felt at home right away. We appreciated how stylish the apartment was and liked the layout. Jude responded quickly to all our questions. The neighbourhood is calm and about a 30-minute walk from the main square. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We can definitely recommend it.

I’ll be back to stay again! I agree with other reviews that the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful and unique property. The nearby public stadium was fabulous for a morning/evening run and strength training - always active. The swimming pool is peaceful, the air conditioning quite cool, and the shower hot. The location was perfect for me as I like to be close to the action but not in the action. Highly recommend!

Incredible apartment, very nice and comfortable, just like in the photos. It has many amenities, the kitchen is very complete, it has too many utensils. In the bathroom, they leave shampoo and soap, they have enough towels and an iron for clothes. The air conditioning works really well, in general everything works well except for a TV that really didn't affect our stay. On the balcony there is a super comfortable chair to spend the afternoon there, and you can see the pool. The pool is very comfortable, it has a height of approximately 1.2 meters. The beach is 1-2 minutes' walk away, however, (at least for me) there is an unpleasant smell at the entrance and the area there is not very "adaptable" for being in the sea. In conclusion, I highly recommend it, it's worth it.

The place is very nice, the decoration is very tasteful, it has all the necessary utensils, a safe area and private parking, Charito and the reception boy were always attentive to our needs. Thank you!!

Oscar was always on the lookout, super attentive and friendly, the accommodation is more than excellent, it has everything you need and more to spend an incredible few days, the next time I return I will surely stay with him again.

Great location, the room was clean, there were no bad smells, everything worked perfectly and the best thing was that we could sleep, we didn't hear any noise despite being close to the center, if you're lucky, you can park right outside. We loved it and of course we'll be back.

Eugenio and Andrés were excellent hosts, very kind and supported me in everything. The accommodation has good space and is very pleasant with the climate and the pool. It is ideal for those who travel and at the same time have to work because it has a kitchen and fridge that allows you to prepare your coffee. It's very close to downtown.

Magnificent stay and wonderful Sonia's attention.

Ignacio is a super host , pending and kind, resolving doubts and being very attentive to any requested specification. The apartment is undoubtedly a great place to live with, with all the amenities and equipment working perfectly. They even have details such as chairs and beach umbrella, lots of towels for all use . Regarding the complex, I think that the common space and pool are somewhat small especially if all the dptos are occupied at the same time, or if there are small ones in the family it could be complicated that everyone lives in the same space. The rooftop is beautiful and very complete for meeting, table chairs, hammocks, swings and so on in super nice conditions. Just as an extra, the bathrooms were not as clean or I don't know how often they were cleaned, but I couldn't occupy them the night I decided to meet on the terrace. Those common areas are not the responsibility of Ignacio, if so they would have been perfect, safe

Michael is an amazing host …Quick responses, friendly and hospitable, helpful in every way possible. His place is perfect….spacious, secure and has everything you need to be a home away from home. I highly recommend his place for anyone looking for a carefree and enjoyable stay in Mérida.

Excellent location! Steps to main roads and several places to eat The apartment is just as it is in the photos and very comfortable We found the place clean and the condominium is very nice It's definitely a very good option close to downtown :)

I don't know but the place has a spark that delights when entering the apartment.

Pros: - The space was nice, clean, comfortable and well-stocked with plenty of storage. The kitchen had utensils and seasonings and the rooftop and pool area were pleasant, especially at night. The air conditioning worked well. The unit was a bit small but a perfect size for two people and of high quality - The lobby staff and hosts were very friendly and responsive Cons: - There was some construction noise during the day on weekdays, it wasn't too bad but a bit annoying - though this wasn't under the hosts' control - There were a few power outages during the last two days of our stay, but they weren't too lengthy - but again, not under the hosts' control Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend others stay here as well!

The place was just amazing. The rooms were super comfortable, the place had everything you needed. The location of the place is the best, I was able to enjoy a relaxing weekend with the family. The rooms have a side view of the sea and that was a huge plus. I loved the privacy of the place. Nothing bad to say, on the contrary, I hope to return soon.
