The stay is perfect!!! We loved the peace and quiet that feels in the house. A lot of patio to enjoy the tropical landscape. The house is just as it is in the photos. We highly recommend this AIRNB because it is beautiful and also that the host is always very attentive to order.

We had a magical week in the ocean front beach house! The house was beautiful, spacious with lots of privacy and lovely spaces to hang out. We spent many hours at the beach swimming and birdwatching and enjoying the sand. The outdoors were mostly free of mosquitos expect the early evening and early mornings, so we were able to eat outside and enjoy the pool as well. The recommendations for Pamela for cooking and Rolando for the tours I think is a must. We spoke to them in our bad spanish with help via google translate which was sometimes difficult but so worth it. Pamela's cooking is superb and the tours we took with Rolando (Boat/Kayak trip to Ojo de Agua & Flamingo tour) were exquisite, memorable and must-dos. The roads to and from Sisal is tricky and if you're renting a car it does feel a bit like off-roading. We got one flat tire while we were there (there is a guy in Sisal who fixes flats). Mario & Patrick were very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

The house is amazing! It has everything you will ever need and more. We walked to the muelle to do some fishing with the locals, ordered fresh fried fish from a cocina económica that is 2 blocks away! And the house manager was very very helpful! And Tony always answering my questions really quick. Thank you for a great vacation. We will be back.

The location is very good , you are close to progress and Mérida , my family We were excellent , the house is very spacious , the rooms were very good , Only the issue of air conditioning in the room does not work , it marked a mistake , the truth is we practically did not use it, as we were out of the house all morning and part of the afternoon , the Place well , the cleaning was requested upon arrival and immediately the equipment arrived to remove the leaves and leave it clean , thank you very much , The area where the house is is is very quiet , ideal for resting , food service at home without a problem , Thank you so much !!!!!!

Excellent place. Everything is in perfect condition and working. Maderlyn is a very good host, exact directions, kindness and understanding. The view is definitely the best. You can be in the room, terrace or room and enjoy the view it has. Totally recommended place.

Apartment is beautiful and had incredible views!

AC is not always available. I believe its only in Summertime and preferably only at night. (It should say this on the description, but it doesn’t). We knew going in, so it wasn’t as big a deal for us. Power is an issue throughout Chelem. Electric Company charges high rates if usage is over a certain level. You can sometimes negotiate paying more to use the AC but not leaving it on all the time. You have to turn off when You leave. They ask You to conserve energy where You can. The last night we stayed, there was a band playing in the street up front. It was really loud so sleeping was tough. Obviously this isn’t their fault!! You would have had this issue staying anywhere within a half mile of the event 😞 The hosts are Wonderful people! The restaurant below is a great place to eat and/or drink in Chelem! If You are OK with these couple inconveniences, I highly recommend staying with Jill and Martin.

The location is superb because it’s right next to the main road and a stone’s throw away from 2 malls. Verónica was very helpful with the instructions for checking into the apartment. Clean bed, kitchen and bathrooms. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m back in Merida.

Loved the place! Trendy area, lots of restaurants and important square, all super clean and cute! And the best view! Sunset is beautiful from the apartment! Thank you very much for everything!

Dulce was super helpful at all times, always answering before 15min. I even got the light out and resolved the issue within minutes. The place is beautiful, the amenities were incredible and super well located! I would definitely go back to stay with her in a future 100% recommended!

Agree to what is expressed and promoted. It would be very valuable that I know will clean the sargazo of the beach area. It would be a super plus that could be worth an increase in cost. But an excellent host. Very friendly and attentive to everything.

A very good option for family stays, each room has its own bathroom, the pool is good size, the private dock was our favorite part. We bring a board and tour the mangrove.

A very cozy place, Ramy was very attentive and always available, Don Tino was very helpful and suggested some places to eat.
