Monthly Rentals in Ytterby

We absolutely loved staying here. Elin’s place is clean, beautifully furnished and well looked after. There are great amenities to cook as there aren’t a huge selection of restaurants locally. The surroundings are gorgeously peaceful. We didn’t have a car but it was so easy to get to elin’s place by ferry from Stockholm, and we were able to walk to the supermarket and even pick up sushi for dinner when we didn’t fancy cooking. We also got the bus to Vaxholm which was also really easy and efficient. My only criticism is that it would have been nice if there was a tv, just for cosy nights in to watch a movie or something. Also the shower was slow to drain and flooded quite easily. Other than that I highly recommend staying her if you plan to visit!

Helena was a great host! She communicated very well and was very friendly. The home was beautiful! We felt right at home. It was very clean, had everything we needed and is even prettier in reallife than as shown in the pictures. We spent our days walking around on the island, drinking coffee on the porch in the morning sun, cooking in the spacious kitchen and watching the sunset from the couch in the open living room. It’s a perfect place to relax and disconnect from everything. <3

The apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped, with everything you need. You can easily get to Resarö from Stockholm both by ferry and by bus and train. Within a 5-minute walk you are at an ICA supermarket where you can get everything for everyday needs. We particularly enjoyed the fact that bicycles were available and the excellent food (both pastries and pizza and pinsa) in the Cafe/Restaurang Paviljong.

We stayed at Line for a week and loved it. The area is incredibly beautiful and you can easily reach Stockholm and Arlanda by car. We would come back.
