Holiday rentals with a patio in Yport

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 am, Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was well beyond our expectations! Everything was conducive to relaxation, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping street, Seine quays… Was perfect. Carine was super friendly and always answered quickly. The location is perfect, in the centre of Villers-sur-mer, and the rooftop was amazing. The apartment was nice and tidy. Definitely worth the money, we had a lovely stay! Thank you Carine!

We had a lovely time staying here. We were two adults and four teenagers, and the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect — just a 15-minute walk to the restaurants in Trouville, either through the backstreets or along the beach. And the view amazing! The only thing I’d suggest is bringing a portable speaker, as there isn’t one in the house. It was the perfect weekend escape. Alain welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond to any questions. Functional and very clean apartment, well furnished like a little nest. Pleasant terrace. Well located between beach and city. Easy parking nearby. Good bedding. Responsive and considerate hosts. Beware of the presence of a staircase and exterior in small pebbles (impractical with a large suitcase).

Very nice house, nice and spacious. ideal for family gatherings. The neighborhood is very quiet, the bedding is good and the place is very well equipped and clean. The veranda brings a plus and allows you to enjoy the exteriors when the temperatures are a little cool.

Wonderful quiet house with a large garden. The house was very charming and has 4 bedrooms (3 on the top floor). Ideal for families with young children. The charming village of Veules les Roses is very close.

The small fisherman's house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything was clean and well maintained. Contrary to the description, there is no private parking on the property. Parking in a narrow alley in front of the house if free or in a public parking lot. Was not a problem for us as we parked the car in the alley on arrival and then did not use it at all during our stay. We can recommend the small fisherman's house.

Very cozy and quiet house. We felt very comfortable. The conservatory and fenced in garden were perfect. Our dog had a lot of fun :-) Everything was super clean and the decor is very pretty. Laura was very kind. We recommend the place and would love to come again.

Ideally located apartment, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you can be in the centre of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to holidaymakers, with attentions in the welcome. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.

Magnifique. Studio in the hyper-center. Close trade, beach, casino. Very well decorated and functional. Our hostess was patient (sorry for the delay), friendly and discreet once all the information was provided. We recommend, oh yes!
