The common area includes an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and family room, surrounded by large windows with panoramic views of the surrounding forest. This versatile space can be used for couples retreat or family getaway.

Country Cottage

Country Cottage is a large 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bathroom home, with 1 sofa/bed in the living room. Located near the Rim, away from the city bustle and is warm and inviting. Tonto National Forest in the back yard. Handicap accessible. 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge. 15 minutes from East Verde River. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile)

It's kind of in the middle of nowhere... in a good way. Tranquil Creekside Log Cabin on 1/2 Acre. Listen to the rippling sound of a waterfall from the deck or backyard overlooking Tonto creek. Newly renovated 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,100 sq ft log cabin has direct access to Tonto Creek and waterfall for fishing with nearby trails to Tonto National Forest and the Paleo site. Treehouse, disc swing, and crawdad nets perfect for kids 5+. Horseback riding and pony rides available at nearby stable.

Cozy Cabin in Payson

Location, Location, Location! Beautiful cabin retreat overlooking the East Verde River. At the base of the Mogollon Rim in Rim Trail. Surrounded by tall pines and the Tonto National Forest. Endless hiking on the nearby Highline or Arizona Trails. Abundant quad/side-by-side and mountain bike trails. Fishing a few feet from the property. Knotty pine interior, pine cabinets, fir wood flooring, large sleeping loft and fully fenced.

2L Bar Bunkhouse

The Two L Bar Bunkhouse is located North West of Tonto Village in the Tonto National Forest. The Back of the Property opens up into the forest and offers plenty of hiking opportunities. The Bunkhouse has room to sleep four comfortably. A blowup Mattress can be added to sleep as many as six people in the Cabin. It is a rustic and charming cabin located in the north end of the Area 22 hunting area.

Starlink! Secluded retreat with Rim views!

Gorgeous mountain views create an amazing backdrop for the ever-changing light. Passing monsoon storms and rainbows are common! Clear nights reveal planets and endless stars. Views details of the Milky Way as rarely seen in our world today. Meander through the wooded path, taking in the deep chimes scattered amongst the pines. Cuddle on the loveseat on the deck with panoramic views.

Mountain Views and Great Fire Pit

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
