Calming sounds of the waterfall and views of Mill Creek nature 7 minutes from Sight & Sound. Located along a convenient and busy road close to all things Lancaster, this home is truly a getaway in the backyard. The inside, furnished by our neighboring Olde Mill House Shoppes has a modern kitchen and amenities boast comfort and convenience. Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. A large island for entertaining, a dining table seating 8, large living room, a bright sunroom with plenty of seating, as well as a sun porch with a bistro table & chairs, outdoor seating, & 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs each has a queen size bed. The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

The home has two bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and combined dining/living room with a cozy modern fireplace and a 60" 4K tv. Relax year around in the large outdoor hot tub while listening to the sounds of the peaceful creek and birds singing. Here you will find a quiet, simple place to stay with a nice view overlooking the creek. It has all the necessary amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. There is a small porch overlooking the creek. Sony 50" smart tv Keurig with a complimentary assortment of coffee pods. Fireplace This cabin has its own private fire pit. *Pets are welcome, there is a once per stay $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please. **No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed.

Owners live on lower level if anything is needed but you will have all the privacy you want. Shared deck is available for use. 4 blocks from a park. 3 blocks to Elizabethtown College's beautiful campus. 5-6 blocks to downtown Elizabethtown where there are cute shops, restaurants, cafes and the public library. Elizabethtown is between Harrisburg, Lancaster and Hershey.

Hiking nearby at Colonel Denning State Park, Audubon Hawk Watch, Opossum Lake and Little Buffalo State Park. Outdoor fire pit next to the creek and propane fire pit on the back porch for rainy days. PLEASE NOTE - the cabin is in the woods, you will encounter bugs and animals.
