This is the second time I've stayed at Tamara's place and I would absolutely stay again. The place is exactly what you expect and they have excellent instructions. Wonderful people, peaceful location, and you always know what to expect.

We had a great couple of days together with our family. Really great place particularly for littles!

The location was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the York River. The house was exceptionally clean and they had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice bonus for listening to music while overlooking the river from the sitting room. We had a minor issue with the plumbing, but they quickly reacted and it did not interfere with our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book again in this same location.

We had a two night stay at this beautiful house. Everything was nice and clean. We loved sitting on the deck, overlooking the river. It was a perfect place to drink our morning coffee!

This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.

As soon as we got to the house, it was a peaceful retreat. Although there are a few homes or farms close, there was little noise or distraction getting those of nature. The house and amenities were what you need for a few days stay and there was even an extra crate for the puppy if we’d forgotten ours. When we had a question the guest night, there was a response within fifteen minutes. And it was proactive as well as positive. The whole experience had been lovely.

Saint Salty was SO refreshing! We hosted our retreat here for a few good friends and it was just what we needed! Beautiful views, sounds of the water, a great walk to the lighthouse, watching windsurfing, paddle boarding and enjoying the perfect table on the deck for all meals! The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for our meals and the bedrooms were so cozy. The views from the living room are gorgeous. We loved our stay. It was so peaceful and our host was awesome with communication and flexible to support our needs. We will be back!

Perfect spot for families wanting a comfy home base to explore everything in Williamsburg. We especially loved all the extras of the complex: indoor pool, arcade, peewee golf, etc. Kitchen was ideally equipped and everything was sparkling clean! Would happily return for more fun.

It is located in a resort with lots of services & activities & staff to assist. They gave advice on sites to see & how to best get to them. And restaurants and shopping. I used it as a base for sightseeing by car & it is located at the edge of town with good access to roads. The unit was super clean & fully featured including an easy to use washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. And very spacious. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator giving more privacy. Lots of parking.

I really enjoyed my visit to Williamsburg. Mike’s place is very convenient. Has a shuttle to everything super clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Elizabeth was awesome! She also came through quickly and at the last minute for us to have a place to stay. We were not disappointed, her place was clean and everyone at the resort was pleasant and treated us well. I would definitely be happy to stay again the next time we r in town! Thanks again, Elizabeth!

Stayed with my 10 year old son. - communal board games for fun - nice amount of space/ good ventilation system - perfect location for walking to colonial Williamsburg - bakery across street is amazing - clean, good host communication - bathroom slightly narrow/ awkward but it was fine. - not located directly above lower unit We would stay again!

Karen & Matt were wonderful hosts. We are also AirBnB hosts and found them absolutely delightful. The property is exactly as pictured in their posting. It is large, spacious, and beautifully appointed. Karen & Matt went out their way to provide refreshments that fit our dietary needs and also had toiletries and replacement items like razors and toothbrushes should we need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and of high quality. Plush, large and our white towels were wonderful. Everything in this home screams quality and care. We lived in this area for 10 years and came back for a wedding. This will be our first choice of places to stay for our return trips.

Fabulous stay. Apartment very large. 2 master suites with king comfy beds. Huge walk-in tile shower and bathtub in other bathroom. We didn’t even use 1 bedroom & bathroom. Full kitchen…Yes with tons of counter space. Had a really great deck with big green plastic chairs & 1 tables. Gorgeous deck view of the woods….very private! Plenty of parking and the activities this place has was phenomenal. Outdoor giant checkers, playground, tennis & pickleball courts, mini golf, full gym, indoor pool, hot tub, adult pool and huge family pool. Nice comfy chairs, pool bar attached to restaurant with everything on the menu for family’s. Ice cream too. Game room with free arcade games and tons of them. I know I left more fun out cuz we were only there for 2 1/2 days. My 15 year old and I really enjoyed our stay. We hit Go Ape Adventures, Aldi for food/snacks, Busch Gardens, shopped, hit one of the ton of restaurants around the corner. Very convenient location from lots of fun!!!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! The host was very responsive when I messaged her. We only stayed one night for an event we were attending in Williamsburg, but this would be a very nice place to stay for longer period of time.

Patriot's Place was the perfect location for W&M's graduation weekend! Very roomy. We were only 4 people, but it could have easily accommodated 8. Perfectly clean and serviceable, had all the amenities listed, and easy-peasy check out which we very much appreciated. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The condo was very clean with all necessary essentials. We loved sitting on the porch watching the wildlife, especially the numerous ospreys. It is centrally located, only a short drive to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Plan for about a day at each to fully enjoy everything. The grounds of the resort are lovely and a great place to walk or ride bikes. Rodica was very easy to communicate with and was most helpful with all checking instructions, especially with our late arrival. We would definitely like to return.

We always enjoy staying at this location! We have stayed at 2 of Gayle’s properties in Kingsmill Resort and everything is always neat and clean at both units. She has everything we need when we stay here. Great host!!! Beautiful location and a wonderful place to stay on vacation! Thank you Gayle!!

Jada's place was a great find! Great area, clean, peaceful. Jada was extremely responsive to the kitchen requests we made, having items delivered that day. And when the AC struggled to keep up w the heat outside she was on it! We will definately return.

Great location in a very nice resort. Everyone we met or interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Also was very close to local attractions in Williamsburg.

I stayed at this property for a long weekend with my husband and son’s family. The location is perfect for all of the Williamsburg sites. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
