Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in York County

The home was easy to find and very clean. We loved the beachfront and peaceful surroundings. We've been to Gloucester before and it is a cute little place to explore and has what you need. I would definitely choose this airbnb again if in the area! Thank you for sharing!

This is the second time I've stayed at Tamara's place and I would absolutely stay again. The place is exactly what you expect and they have excellent instructions. Wonderful people, peaceful location, and you always know what to expect.

Greg’s house worked great for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg! It was just a short drive away. Very easy to get to. Greg did a great job communicating and making sure we have everything we needed.

Absolutely beautiful! Clean, comfortable and gorgeous view! The beds were comfortable and spacious. Upgraded bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Fully stocked upgraded kitchen with quality appliances and everything you need if you wanted to cook. Easy quick drive to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Newport News and Fort Eustis. TV’s in each bedroom and living room that were easy to use. The back yard view was our favorite. We enjoyed waking up to the view every day! Highly recommend!

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! Fantastic place! Very close to Colonial Williamsburg. Place is a bit secluded which is great after a full day of sightseeing. Nice to come back to a little oasis. Very clean, well stocked. Host very responsive, pleasant and flexible. Recommend it highly!

We loved staying at Katherine’s, everything was just as described. Lots of room and activities available on and off the property. Comfortable and relaxing, just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this property.

This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay at Governor Green was very nice. The place is clean, spacious and well equipped with large bedrooms, baths, kitchen and living area. I would strongly recommend it for families or couples. We felt safe and there were some activities to do on the premises, but we preferred to see the local sites. The location is very convenient to all the historical sites as well as many food, shopping, and other activities.

All was good. Not the original place we booked. The new location was just as great or better. There was a short and uncomfortable “request to take a time share tour” speech I had to listen to. Other than that, it was great place to stay and the agent was very responsive. Thank you.

This condo is beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice!), and is located in a very private and absolutely gorgeous location. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive, and always available. He went above and beyond during our stay, including accommodating a (very early) check-in request, and offering help with restaurant reservations and bike rentals. We had a great time, and cannot wait to come back!

Elizabeth was awesome! She also came through quickly and at the last minute for us to have a place to stay. We were not disappointed, her place was clean and everyone at the resort was pleasant and treated us well. I would definitely be happy to stay again the next time we r in town! We stayed for a weekend to visit Busch Gardens. Property was great, Bianka was very responsive and the unit we had was extremely spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again, lots to do at this resort and it felt like a neighborhood rather than resort.

Perfect place for 2 people! Everything we needed was there. We had a little trouble with the TV and they came right away to help! Answered questions immediately. Very nice, clean rental. Close to Historic Yorktown and not far to Williamsburg! Planning to return.

The condo was great! It is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was very clean! I appreciated that there was bedding and extra pillows for the pull-out couch. Rodica was very friendly and sent wonderful instructions. I will be visiting again :)

Jada's place was a great find! Great area, clean, peaceful. Jada was extremely responsive to the kitchen requests we made, having items delivered that day. And when the AC struggled to keep up w the heat outside she was on it! We will definately return.

The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality really stood out. We had a fantastic stay at David's place! He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and check-in was smooth and easy. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A big thank you to David for the upgrade—we really appreciated it! We had the pleasure of staying at Jill’s condo for a few days this weekend during a family trip to Williamsburg. Her space could not have been more beautiful, and well-designed. Her eye for style was evident in the home, and in a town where many rentals are dated, hers truly stands out. She was extremely easy to communicate with, and was always responsive. My only complaint was that I didn’t have more time to explore the resort, as I was only in town for two short days, and the resort has so much to offer. I look forward to returning in the future so that I may do so, and highly recommend this home to everyone!
