Family-friendly holiday rentals in York County

We rented for 2 nights end of Feb 2024 while In Williamsburg for our son’s soccer tournament. It is a very nice suite with lots of amenities and great central location. Very clean. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for 4 people. Easy access to food of all types. Parking on site. Very responsive host and resort staff. Very dog friendly too! Will definitely consider another stay here when we get a chance to get to Williamsburg again.

Very nice place, but just note that this is a time share place and the rooms/furniture may not look exactly as they are in the photos on airbnb.

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! Excellent host and the getaway was exactly what we needed. The pics are outdated but the Room is Not! Modern, comfortable, clean and although it wasnt a balcony the sliding glass door has a perfect view to the heated/ lighted pool below. Thank you!

We stayed here over spring break with our young kids. Tommy and Janet were very friendly and responsive. The location is great! Literally right across the street from the beach, and close to our all time favorite brewery :) we'd love to come back again in the summer months!

Diana’s place was great! Beautiful beach area that’s a short walking distance on the property. Great communication, and easy checkin/out. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house! Walking into the home was like walking into your own home - stocked with everything you could possibly need, and then some. I love that we didn't have to pack all the bulky beach gear and bikes! They provided EVERYTHING you would want. All we needed were our clothes and personal items. The game cabinet was a huge hit as was the Wii which had all the best games! I'm always concerned renting homes that allow pets, but you would never know this was a pet home - there was no pet odor or stains, and the fenced front yard was very convenient. A short walk to a beautiful beach, and an access rode for easy bike riding made this the perfect location. Mary was an amazing host - responsive and very kind. Loved our stay so much we are hoping to return some day.

We loved our stay in the barn! My husband was a little skeptical when we first say it from the outside, but the inside was just as described and completely adorable. We also greatly appreciated rhe complimentary water and snacks. The beds (that includes the pullout couch) were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean (looked like it had been redone somewhat recently?), and with 3 people showering we didn’t run out of hot water or anything! There were instructions for everything, and there are coffee shops and lots of stores a very short drive away.

We had an excellent 2 weeks stay at the Moss Side cottage, it was exactly as described, quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. We loved watching the cows from the beautiful, large back porch and even got to see a calf born during our stay. The house is fully stocked with any and all things you could possibly need during your stay from kitchenware to cleaning supplies, the rooms are spacious, a large empty garage, and having 3 full bathrooms was great. Thanks for a great stay Cumberland Estates!

We had a wonderful stay with our puppy! Chuck was very thoughtful and welcoming with the many amenities available. We felt right at home and it's so close to restaurants and the water. Looking forward to our next visit!

What a wonderfully charming and peaceful cottage, and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway. Having Nuttall’s Store just a short drive away was so convenient for necessities, and their steaks and sandwiches are amazing! Thanks for everything ☺️

Brooke gave clear instruction and made the check in/out process easy. I apologize that I was less than responsive (my wife had a medical emergency and didn’t arrive until a day and a half later). Brooke’s place was spacious and had good amenities. It was a bit dark and outdated (old carpets, furniture & tv/electronics) and not as clean & fresh smelling as we would’ve liked but still adequate. The community pool and arcade were very nice, the kids had a blast. We liked that it was a quick 15 minute ride to Busch Gardens & Water Country.

This condo is very basic and styled from when it was built. There is a great little coffee shop at the center of the resort that this condo is located in. A keurig is present in the unit but no coffee supplied so make sure to bring your own if you need a pick me up as soon as you wake up. I had the TV instruction sheet but could not get either to work so make sure to bring an iPad or some other device if you want to stream shows.

We were in town for college graduation. Property is less than a 10 minute drive from campus and extremely close to anything else we needed. Great little coffee shop on the resort grounds. Condo had everything we needed for the trip and the resort was responsive if we needed extra towels or anything like that. Tara was very helpful when I had questions or needed to make changes.

Great stay. So cozy and quiet! My partner and I, with our two dogs loved it.

Stayed at a few KOAs, this one was the cleanest, best maintain and had the most things to do. Had a 9 hole disc golf course, nature trail, petting zoo, moon bounce, full amenities store, and it was 4 miles from all restaurants. Awesome place

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff and the pools are fun for younger kids. Jamestown beach about a 20 min drive, (river not the ocean) is especially nice, warm water and lots of sand.
