Holiday rentals with a fire pit in York County

Suzi and Luci’s Place was absolutely beautiful. For a home that often takes pets, it was top tier clean. They were more than accommodating on check-in time since we were traveling from east end of Long Island, it was about a 4 1/2 hour drive. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, they had the AC and some lights on for us when we got there as well which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay very short. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Suzi and Luci were very understanding when we messaged late at night that we had to leave due to family emergency. The view of the falls was gorgeous. Be prepared for some noise from the road at night as it backs up straight to it, but the hostesses offer ear plugs which was super nice! The shower is a bit small so beware if you are a larger person. Overall a great stay, great communication, super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and fully enjoy the home! Anne and Chad are fantastic hosts. The B&B is an awesome place with so much history and charm. Its spacious rooms and large backyard offer all the opportunities you could want. The kitchen was completely stocked with all necessary items and the prepared food that was waiting for us was delicious and generous. A perfect place for families with all ages. And no better places for family dogs.

I can't say enough about this beautiful place. Beautifully done. Cozy farmhouse with an updated flair. Well stocked and owner is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Words are not enough to express the way we felt staying at Amanda‘s place, We had a wonderful stay at the Climbers Run home! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just as Advertised!! A weekend gateway, Peaceful, Very Relaxing Perfectly fit for my large family and the host was very responsive. Thanks again Amanda GOD BLESS… I Highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights while my daughter was attending a camp at MU. The location was perfect and the accommodations were exactly what we needed for the 2 of us. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. the hosts were friendly and responsive. We had a great week and would love to book here again for the next time.

We traveled with a group of homeschool friends and this was the perfect place to crash between our busy days in Gettysburg. The space was unique but well described; great for mixed families, larger families or small retreats. The kids loved the freedom to run and explore outside and visit with the animals. The price was also very affordable. Easy setup and clean up made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Very charming house! Big, modern kitchen, cool fireplace and darts hang in the basement. Beds were very comfy. We loved the outdoor space, coffee on the porch and patio, drinks around the fire pit after dinner. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

This place was a great stay for a local wedding. Had a great time. Listing exactly like the pictures even bigger of a space. The bed was really comfortable and nice shower. Jodie was wonderful and so kind to offer suggestions of places in the area and make sure we were settled in alright. 10/10 would come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Emily's place. It was even better in person than the photos. Emily was communicative and proactive- she thought of everything we needed ahead of time! My daughter loved the hot tub, fire pit, and smores kit!

My family had a wonderful stay at Orlando's place. My kids loved the large spaces to play. it was larger than expected with plenty of room.

Brian was a great host and the home was wonderful to stay in. Easy instructions and not too many house rules, so we didn't feel like we were on edge. The loft was very unique and had so much to be discovered.

Priscilla was an amazing host! The property was beautiful, full of charm and rich with history. The home was exactly as pictured—very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and clearly cared for with love. There were games, movies, and plenty of toiletries provided, which made our stay extra comfortable. We came for the Spooky Nook games and were lucky enough to meet Priscilla in person—she was kind, helpful, and even offered us a late check-out to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommend this wonderful stay!

Me and my girlfriend wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to be together, so we chose this cabin. The stay was very comfortable and refreshing and fully met our expectations. This was our first time ever staying at an Airbnb and it was definitely an amazing experience. We would absolutely come back here again.

Very nice cabin. It’s obvious there was a lot of time and money invested into the cabin. Private and quiet yet only 10 minutes from groceries and dining. Lots of outdoor sight seeing and hiking close by. 5 minute walk to the river. Small stream on the property makes it very relaxing while sitting by the fire-pit. Host is super friendly and accommodating. We plan to return again in the near future.

Stayed here in 2019 and again this week. Beautiful as ever, quaint and clean. My only criticism is the lights in the yard were not working and there was not a bulb in the back porch light so it was pitch black at night which made the outdoor area not as enjoyable as it could’ve been at night. Otherwise our stay was great.

Our family spent a few days in the area and felt that we truly lucked out finding this place. It was magical - - from the railroad walk, to the backyard creek and beautiful hens. Krista was a great host. She left us some fresh eggs and local coffee beans, which made us feel right at home. House was comfortable and clean. Great kitchen set up for cooking, huge selection of spices.

Excellent stay at this house. The house is a large multi floor cabin. It is off the main road and completely surrounded by woods with no other visible homes and minimal road noise. Bedrooms were large. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels and bath items (shampoo etc) giving it a nice hotel feel. Entrance is a simple code on the front door smartlock. We had some challenges with a bathroom, lightbulb, and sauna and Mariou was excellent and responsive. We had a group of six but the home can easily accommodate many more. Place feels rustic, but modern enough. The super high ceilings in the main common room give it a grand feel. Would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It's tucked away in a quiet, serene location. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, with lovely views and a calming atmosphere. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a restful getaway. The host was also very responsive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place! Can’t wait to return!

My family and I had a wonderful time and the location was pristine. Certainly a wonderful place to stay lots of great restaurants in the area and beautiful nature surrounding the house was a major plus. I also appreciate Kyle's communication with us during the whole stay. Highly recommended and a great place to bring your family.

Bigger than it looks in the pics! (most places that I've stayed are smaller than they look in pics.) This is such a beautiful house in a quiet remote area. The furniture is top notch. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was beautiful. The kitchen is huge. I wish we had a reason to be in that area longer. I would have liked to have stayed and relaxed a while. It's very peaceful.
