The unit is sparkling clean and includes a very comfortable bedroom, bathroom, living room & eating area. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge and freezer, a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven and coffee & tea maker with all essential kitchen items. There is also a large capacity washer and dryer in the unit. It's fully equipped for short as well as long stays.

This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. Beautiful quiet country setting but only 5 miles from turnpike and other major routes, as well as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and shopping.
