I can't say enough about Kazuya and Maila's place! We were really looking for a place we could call home during our 10-day stay. We wanted an immersive experience in a quiet neighborhood that would serve as a base for all of the things we wanted to do and places we wanted to go. I was traveling with 3, 21-year-olds who wanted the tatami sleeping experience, but I was happy to have my own bedroom and space that was a little more western in nature. The neighborhood was delightful! It was so quiet and we could sleep with the windows open. We sometimes walked to the closest train station and sometimes took a taxi (less than $10 USD). Getting to Tokyo Station was super easy and getting to Disney was easier. Just like described. They were also very helpful with a couple things we needed during our stay that required native speakers. They made a couple phone calls and made some reservations for us that we would have found difficult on our own. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

I live nearby.My son and his wife came with a baby. On the day of fireworks, accommodation costs for nearby ryokans are soaring, but this time, it was a weekday price even on holidays, and it felt like a great deal. Originally, when I booked by mistake for a month, they responded by rescheduling, and they were willing to handle forgotten items, and communication was very smooth.Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriel's home in Hakone. The private indoor and outdoor onsen were absolutely perfect—such a relaxing experience and exactly what we needed to unwind midway through our trip. The space was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable for our group of four. One of the highlights was how accommodating the host was—allowing us to leave our luggage at the home after check-out so we could continue exploring Hakone without the hassle of carrying our bags. It made a big difference and we’re so grateful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Hakone!

It was a very nice place. It's close to Jihicheul Station, and there are many grocery stores and places to eat near the station. Sohei was very kind and explained in detail at check-in. Flexible check-in was possible, and it was especially useful to have a washing machine. The bathroom was also very nice. Personally, I have a dust allergy, so it's very difficult when the cleanliness is poor, but I was grateful that Sohei's house looked a little old, but it was very clean. I had a good stay with the young children. Best,

Kanako was awesome!! We had a sudden 7 hour delay for our flight out of Haneda leaving us stranded at the airport for 13 hours with 2 pets and no where to go. I found Kanako’s air bnb and messaged her earlier in the morning asking if we could come by around noon even though it was before check in time because we needed a place to go with our pets asap! She responded right away and let us come by whenever we were ready. The place was clean, convenient and just what we needed! It was so kind of her to take our pets too. She is an awesome host!

This is a beautiful find if you’re looking for privacy and nature views. The hosts were responsive and very helpful in giving directions to the house and other accommodations — just ask. I would definitely stay here again! 💯

I had a very relaxing trip while feeling the sea breeze in a luxurious location, 30 seconds to the sea, right next to the Imperial Palace.My dog was very happy and enjoyed the walk.A very spacious house made with history and tradition and a bath with a cypress-inspired jacuzzi, refreshing at its best refreshment!It was also kept clean and well-equipped with amenities for living and cooking, and it was close to a supermarket and parking lot, so we had a pleasant time.Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy Hayama and Ichiko Coast!!

We loved our stay here at Yumiko’s place. It was perfect for our needs. It was a close walk to the subway station, right next to 711 and family mart for late night snacks/drinks. The Airbnb itself had ample space for our family of 3. It came with a supplied kitchen, washer, dryer racks, and anything else you might need. Yumiko was very responsive and great at communicating. Would definitely come back to stay here again if given the opportunity! Thanks for the amazing stay!

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Satomi’s Airbnb. The location was perfect - set in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet was just a short and easy walk to the train station and convenience stores, which made getting around and grabbing essentials effortless. The amenities were exactly what we needed for a longer stay: a functional kitchen, strong shower pressure, laundry facilities, and very comfortable futons. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Communication with Satomi was smooth and responsive throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, well-located place to stay in Japan.

Yukio had a really nice place, and they are a very nice person to speak with. We had a small leak, but Yukio was able to get it fixed the next day. For tourists, keep in mind that trash will need to be separated.

Although the space is not large, it is fully equipped, and it is not noisy in Zhonghua Street. The bed is very comfortable, and the hostess understands Chinese and kindly helps me solve my various problems.Overall, I love everything here, highly recommended!

It was a beautiful place. The location was super Nice and calm. If you enjoy relaxing walks. This is the perfect place. I couldn't recommend it more. It's really close to the train station and right next door to a supermarket.

Cute accommodation located in a quiet area, close to a metro line, which simplifies travel. There are also plenty of small cafes and shops nearby. The accommodation itself was very clean, tidy and nicely decorated. We are happy to have stayed here!
