Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yeonsu-gu

I loved staying with Younkyoung. The place was very comfortable, clean, ample, and was literally next to a metro station. It is also an ideal residential area to rest as there is not much noise or so many cars pass by. I would definitely stay here again.

As described, it was a clean accommodation with a good harbor view. It was convenient that they responded right away when I checked in.

I had a wonderful 3 week stay in this appartment. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. I love how the next subway station is reachable by foot in only 3 minutes. Right next to the residence is a large park where you can enjoy walking or cycling. You really do need to bring anything with you but just come in and live there immediately. There is a fully functional kitchen and an own private bathroom with a toilet. A hairdryer, dishes, eating utensils, towles, toilet paper, and a lot of other stuff that you will find in your own home like tissue, charging cables, etc. are all provided. I can totally recommend this appartment! The only downside that I could think of is the quite noisy fridge when you sleep at night. 🙈 If you are a light sleeper and are sensitive to noises like me, you will probably need ear plugs while sleeping. But that‘s ok. I will think of booking this Airbnb again of I will ever come back to Seoul. 😊

I traveled to the Incheon Songdo area for a teaching assignment, and James ' place was perfect for what I needed. It initially stood out because it was larger than practically all the other options within walking distance of the Incheon Global Campus, where I needed to teach each day. James was a very accommodating host. He took the time to show me around the apartment to make sure I was familiar with how to adjust the air conditioner, run the washer & dryer, etc. He spent some time with me walking around the area showing me restaurants as well as the campus location. The Songdo area is quite modern and safe, with great shopping & restaurants nearby. There are several Buddhist temples in the area, and the drive to Seoul is around 45 minutes from this location depending on traffic. The apartment is high in the building, so the views of Songdo are amazing as well. I would definitely stay at James' place again.

I think the host is so kind that I will remember it as a better accommodation. The location was nice, the accommodation was tidy, and it was really nice.

I visited while looking for a twin bed, but the parking was convenient and the facilities were new, so it was so nice!!! The interior was neat and basically almost everything was equipped, so it was nice. I think I'll visit again next time I come to Incheon.

I was going from far away, so I arrived earlier than I thought and needed to check in quickly, but the host kindly informed me well, replied really quickly, and was really kind, so I was very satisfied. The accommodation was really pretty, and towels were provided in advance so that I didn't have to ask for them separately, and most of all, it was nice because it was so clean. If I really go to Incheon, I decided to go to this accommodation!! Thank you!!😀😀

It was a very happy experience to feel so perfect at a cost of 25,000 won per person! It was nice to be close to Kintex and have an outlet nearby!

I like that I can stay comfortably with my family. There is a park right nearby, so it's perfect for a morning walk ^^

It was nice to have a nice scent in the accommodation after checking in, I was able to have a pleasant day with the host's kind and quick response! It was close to Bupyeong Station, so it was easy to walk, and there was a large window on the upper floor, so I wasn't frustrated! The bathroom and room are clean, so if I come to Bupyeong, I want to visit again:)

Sophia is very friendly and responsive. The house is very clean, cozy and comfortable. There are many restaurants around the house and a playground that allows our kids to play. olivia young and daiso are nearby for quick shopping.

C's home is the best option when you visit Songdo. First of all, C was always available to help me before and during my stay. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with a lot of space and privacy. In the neighborhood you have access to public transport, supermarkets and other useful facilities. My suggestion is to not overthink the alternatives and choose this excellent place.

Great clean apartment, I stayed there for about a week to attend a conference at Songdo Convensia, only a 10min walk away. Central Park is also right next door and there are many shops nearby. C was very welcoming and helpful, thanks for the stay!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Donna Kim’s place. The European-style apartment is brand new and beautifully upgraded—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I genuinely regretted booking it for only a few days—I easily could have stayed a month or more. The view overlooking the park was peaceful, and the location is perfect—close to great eateries, cafes, and easy access to public transportation. The space was spotless with not a speck of dust, plenty of hangers, lots of room, and high-quality amenities throughout. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the host warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly communicative and thoughtful, surprising me with gestures during my stay that went above and beyond. Even the smallest things left a lasting impression—kindness I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in across South Korea, this has been by far the best, and I've stayed in a lot of locations.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

It was reasonably quiet because it was far from the downtown area, but it was convenient enough to walk around, and the subway station and bus stop were close. The accommodation was also very tidy, and there were many cooking utensils and seasonings in the kitchen, so it was good for cooking.

I had a great stay at Sunny's accommodation, I recommend it.
