Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Yellow Sea

I recently visited here for the baseball game! The soundproofing was excellent, so it was completely quiet, and there was a park right in front of the place so just opening the window made the atmosphere feel very cozy and relaxing. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the bedding was soft and clean like those of the hotels - everyone fell asleep right away. We woke up the next day feeling refreshed thanks to the host’s thoughtful attention to detail throughout the space. It was also very close to Daejeon’s must-visit places like Sungsimdang and Jungang-ro. The location made it perfect to explore Daejeon! It was also just the right walking distance to Ballpark, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. For travelers without a car, this accommodation couldn’t be more perfect! Above all, the host was incredibly kind and attentive. The host responded thoroughly and calmly, which truly touched me. I’ll definitely be back again soon! Wishing you happiness :)

동탄역 연결되어 있어 교통 편하고, 백화점 건물 윗층이라 카페 레스토랑 등 편의시설 훌륭해요. 여름에도 숙소까지 동선에 에어컨 연결돼 있어 시원하고요. 위치좋아 매번 이곳 건물로 휴가 오는데 엘스테이 호스트님은 그중 제일 세심하게 배려해 주시고 친절하셨어요. 따뜻한 마음과 배려에 내집처럼 편히 쉬다갑니다. 감사합니다!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is big, clean, and airy, making it a comfortable retreat for our family. The front yard is spacious and well-maintained, giving the kids plenty of room to run around and play. One of the highlights was the radish field next to the property. It was such a fun and authentic experience for our city-raised kids—they loved seeing how vegetables grow up close! The sea view in the distance added to the relaxing atmosphere, and waking up to the sound of birds chirping made our mornings extra special. Overall, this place was a fantastic escape from the city, offering both comfort and a touch of nature. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and unique stay!

예쁘고 아기자기한 숙소였습니다 옛집 생각도 나고요 덕분에 기분좋게 쉬다갑니다

정말 최고의 숙소였습니다. 많은 곳을 다녔지만 여기만큼 특별하진 않았어요 통창으로 펼쳐진 제주도 푸른 바다는 정말 뷰 좋은 카페, 식당, 명소 그 어디보다 좋았습니다. 폴딩도어를 열어두고 수영을 하거나 그냥 가만히 앉아 라나 델 레이 음악을 듣는데 천국에 온 거 같았어요. 또 호스트님의 많은 배려가 느껴지는 곳입니다. 수건에서는 좋은 향기가 나고, 식기류 들 하나하나 예쁘고 감성이 넘칩니다. 반드시 또 갈 거에요. This was truly the best place I’ve ever stayed. I’ve traveled to many places, but none have felt as special as this one. The wide panoramic view of the blue Jeju sea through the floor-to-ceiling windows was more breathtaking than any café, restaurant, or scenic spot. Whether I was swimming with the folding doors open or simply sitting and listening to Lana Del Rey, it genuinely felt like heaven. You can really feel the host’s thoughtful touches everywhere. The towels smelled amazing, and each piece of tableware was beautiful and full of charm. I will definitely be coming back. C’était vraiment le meilleur logement où j’aie jamais séjourné. J’ai voyagé dans beaucoup d’endroits, mais J’y reviendrai sans aucun doute. This place deserves to be known.

방 2개의 화장실 2개 (화장실 1개는 대문 옆에 있고(변기만 있음), 1개는 집 안에 있고, 다용도실에 샤워시설만 있음 방은 깨끗했고 보일러도 너무 따수웠음 그런데 각방 침대쪽 창문에서 우풍 있음 샤워실 물도 잘나왔음! (나는 물 잘나오는게 젤 중요하게 생각함ㅎㅎ) 식탁 의자가 4개밖에 없어서 밥먹기가 조금 애매 했음 (간의 의자 있으면 좋을 듯!) 그리고 주변에 식당이 많지 않아서 매우 아쉬웠음

입구는 조금 당황스러웠으나 넓고 가성비 좋아요 컴퓨터도 5대 있고, 침대 메트리스도 3개 부두러윰이 달라서 취향껏 골라 잤어요!! 5명 정도면 더더 좋을 것 같네요

늦은시간에 체크인 했는데 친절히 응해주셨고 짐도 들어다주셨습니다 벌레 있을까봐 가장 걱정이였는데 다행히 벌레는 안나왔고 숙소 전제적으로 깨끗했습니다 루프탑은 조금 정리가 안되어있긴 했지만 전 거의 이용하지 않아서 괜찮았습니다 강아지랑 하루 잘 묵었습니다 ㅎㅎ 다음에 근처 또 갈 일 있으면 들리겠습니다

James is a great host and knows how to make a guest feel at home! Felt super welcome from the moment I booked the accommodation - place was great, walking distance to local shops, train stations and parks. James went above and beyond in his communication, going out his way to show me around despite being late in the evening and providing all the amenities one can need. Quite and peaceful place to stay

숙소 내부도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요! 좀만 걸어가면 카페랑 식당 많고 편의점도 종류 별로 있어요. 하나 단점이 창문이 이중창이 아니라서 조금 추울 수 있어요! 그래도 난방 잘 돼서 춥다는 느낌은 못 받았어요~ 잘 놀고 갑니다!

Had a great stay with my friends! The flat has everything you needed, all rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Recommend this spacious flat if you are travelling in big group.
