I once spent three months camping with my two children in a mountain village in the European Alps. If possible, I thought it would be even better if it was a place that conveyed that feeling. That's how life in Sogil began. My husband, who was always interested in building houses with wood, such as attending a Hanok school and building small wooden houses, built a pleasant and eco-friendly wooden house here with his own hands. Over the course of five years, five wooden houses were built. I feel a sense of fulfilment as people from all over the world, including domestic travellers, come to this place, Sogil-ri in Aewol-eup, to share experiences and exchange wishes for peace. We will continue to operate comfortable, clean, and healthy accommodation.
