The accommodation has an old-fashioned charming standard and it is important to us that our guests understand that it is not newly renovated but the south-facing location by the water is superb. Sheets and towels are included!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Directly by Lake Sommen is our newly renovated little house with bedroom, living room and a small kitchen. Patio under roof, dock and beach directly outside. Summer water, which means hot and cold water from the lake in the kitchen faucet and in the toilet house. Separate house with shower cabin, sink and electric combustion toilet. Fresh water is easily collected from the host. Linen and towels included. Cleaning is not included. All guests clean up after themselves, all equipment is available in the cottage.

Cozy family cottage in scenic surroundings. Walking distance to Lake Sommen with swimming areas and marina. There are also lovely walking paths. Nearby there is a soccer field and volleyball court. Right next to the cottage, there are both sheep and cow pastures and a large plot with space for activity. There is a possibility to rent a boat and fish. During the fall, there are nice mushroom fields in the nearby area. During the winter, there is usually access to a child-friendly ski slope and cross-country trails. It's about 10 kilometers to the facility.

Welcome to the forest cottage Holken at Norrby manor. Holken was built in the 19th century and is located right next to a stream. In this charming and newly-renovated house without close neighbors and with its large garden, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Lying in the hammock on the terrace of the house and listening to the stream's noise is truly relaxing. A nice walk or bike ride on nice forest roads leads to a sandy beach in Stora Sundsjön where rowing boats are also at your disposal.

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Nära till Katthult - naturskönt och lugnt i Gnöst

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. You live in the middle of the Småland landscape with lovely nature and nice walking paths. The Södra Bråta Nature Reserve is just a couple of kilometers towards Svinhult. It takes 15 minutes by car to Katthult. It takes 3 minutes by car to Lake Gnöstasjön. You can swim here. Fishing permits are available for purchase. More lakes are available in the surrounding areas.

Vintertid Asby alpina backe med tre nedfarter 10 min bort med bil.

Nice location by the forest with private beach. No disturbing noise from traffic or industries. Travel here with the Östgötapendeln to Boxholm station and then with Närtrafiken where you pre-order transport for SEK 50/person to the cottage. Kayak can be rented for 25 Euro/SEK 250 per day. Paddle life jacket and seat cover included. Canoe 20 Euro/SEK 200 per day. Rowboat 15 Euro/SEK 150 per day.
