Welcome to Vihem 1, which is a stone's throw from Lake Sommen and Norra Vi Fjärden. The accommodation is spacious and has a nice garden that you can use for play, games and barbecuing. The lake is visible from the house. It is about 400 metres to a very nice public swimming area with a barbecue area, jetties, diving tower and toilets. There is a lot to see and experience in the surrounding area, such as Norra Kvill National Park with Sweden's oldest oak, Skurugata and Astrid Lindgren's World. The nearest grocery store is in Österbymo, which also has an off-licence, etc.

Cozy family cottage in scenic surroundings. Walking distance to Lake Sommen with swimming areas and marina. There are also lovely walking paths. Nearby there is a soccer field and volleyball court. Right next to the cottage, there are both sheep and cow pastures and a large plot with space for activity. There is a possibility to rent a boat and fish. During the fall, there are nice mushroom fields in the nearby area. During the winter, there is usually access to a child-friendly ski slope and cross-country trails. It's about 10 kilometers to the facility.

A lakeside paradise in a historic cottage from 1678 – with its own dock! Here you live undisturbed in the middle of nature, only 50 meters from the water. Take a morning swim, fish or relax by the jetty in the evening sun. The cottage has character, soul and a magical atmosphere. On the property, there is also a large guest house in a charmingly converted barn – perfect for family or friends who want to vacation together but still have privacy. Close to the forest, swimming, berry picking, hiking trails and Astrid Lindgren's World.

Spectacular house on the lake

We built Lelleborg 1995 trying to unify old craftsmanship with new. Lelleborg faces directly onto Lake Sundsjön and it's just 30 meters to the beach with access to a boat and fishing. The house has an open floor plan with light pouring in through large windows and French doors leading out to a large veranda and a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding nature. The veranda is well suited for barbecuing and outdoor activities during summer evenings. The house is on its own so peace reigns here.

19th century lakefront manor

Unikt läge vid sjön Tången. Bad vid egen bygga vid privat del av sjön. Totalt 18-19 sängplatser i flygel och mangårdsbyggnad från 1800-talet. Fyra badrum med dusch och wc +2 wc Sjöbyggnad från 1700-talet med brygga, bastu, och två matsalar med gott om plats för över 20 personer. Exklusiv fiskerätt. Boendet har en gammaldags charmig standard och det är viktigt för oss att våra gäster förstår att det inte är nyrenoverat men söderläget vid vattnet är superbt. Lakan och handdukar ingår!

Fantastic clear and nice water with fishing opportunities. Late summer offers rusty landscape, berry and mushroom forests. Hiking and cycling trails in the area. Kisa MTB Park 30 minutes by car. In winter, Asby alpine slope with three runs is 10 minutes away by car.

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Close to Katthult - scenic and quiet in Gnöst

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. You live in the middle of the Småland landscape with lovely nature and nice walking paths. The Södra Bråta Nature Reserve is just a couple of kilometers towards Svinhult. It takes 15 minutes by car to Katthult. It takes 3 minutes by car to Lake Gnöstasjön. You can swim here. Fishing permits are available for purchase. More lakes are available in the surrounding areas.

This charming alpine-style holiday home sleeps up to 6 guests and includes a sauna, natural swimming pool, free rowing boat, canoe, wood-burning stove and fibre internet. Travel here with the Östgötapendeln to Boxholm station and then with Närtrafiken where you pre-order transport for SEK 50/person to the cottage. Kayak can be rented for 25 Euro/SEK 250 per day. Paddle life jacket and seat cover included. Canoe 20 Euro/SEK 200 per day. Rowboat 15 Euro/SEK 150 per day.
