The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Originally a blanket factory, and subsequently the village school, it has undergone sympathetic restoration to create a unique living space, with a four poster bed, living area and breakfast bar.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.

This self-contained garden studio apartment has a separate entrance, private courtyard garden with its own outdoor Bath. Located in Corsham just a short walk away from the historic high street. Excellent pub food locally at ‘The White Horse’, a minutes stroll away. ‘The White Hart’ at Ford, on the river is excellent.
