Monthly Rentals in Yates Township

Great lodging option in an area where there aren’t a ton of lodging options… Perfect for anglers fishing in and around the Baldwin, MI area. Clean, cozy, newly renovated, and setup very nicely for fishermen.

We had a fun time in the winter at this cute little place. It was clean, the sidewalk from the door to the hot tub was shoveled for us and the directions for check in and checkout were very clear. The cleanup protocol was very easy and manageable. It’s such a cute little place!

Stayed here for a month while I had some work done on my house. Small but comfortable, and had everything I needed. Internet can slow down sometimes, but there's 5g cell service in the area. Nice neighborhood for walking the dogs, close to trails and national forest, and downtown area is super cute. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I'd definitely stay again!

Holly was great! She was very helpful, responded quickly to anything that was needed, was very nice and respectful and very friendly. The place was nice, clean and very comfortable. I would recommend Holly as a host to anyone using air bnb in the area!
