Located in the heart of Bar Harbor and Acadia, this cozy 1 bedroom apartment is tucked up and away from the hustle and bustle of town while still maintaining proximity to everything. This recently renovated space on the third floor of our classic 1910 Maine home is furnished with a comfortable queen bed with high quality linens, an equipped kitchen with stone countertops, a living area with table/chairs and small couch. Express Studio Units- no range

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

Cadillac Mountain View Suite

2nd floor luxury apartment in downtown Bar Harbor. The unit offers upscale materials, lots of light and space and views to the southwest of Cadillac Mountain. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and granite countertops. New mini-split heat pump with AC. Hardwood floors throughout, plus a stackable washer/ dryer laundry with a linen closet. The tiled bathroom has a glass- door shower. Flat screen televisions in the living room and bedroom. Accommodates a maximum of 2 people.

Bar Harbor Condos - Apt C

Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.
