The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

We stayed 3 nights to visit the surroundings a bit and our stay was really pleasant! Efi waited for us with fresh fruit, fresh water in the fridge and everything we needed for breakfast the next day! We ate in his tavern, he lets you into the kitchen as if you were at home, the food is very good! We stayed with the dog and Efi was offered to look after him if needed during our day visits, there was no need but still thank you! The house has a nice little garden, but you can also freely walk around its vineyard and anywhere on the property. Everything is simple but very clean! When we left, he prepared a container with his fresh fruit for the trip, it felt like leaving relatives, thank you Efi for everything, hospitality, food, wonderful apricots, a greeting to Teo and Bella who greeted us every day!

The house was great, quite comfortable, well cared for with nice decor. It's surrounded by nature with absolute quiet and it's fully equipped . Perfect for relaxation and tranquility. Hosts are very kind and understanding. I highly recommend it.

The appartment is spacious and beautiful, we had some trouble with the water caused by a general problem, but the host helped us super quickly and kept us well informed, would 100% recommend :)

Everything is as described, very good (small and cute). Our only reservations are about the location, not the accommodation: we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the port is a huge car park for buses and cars, which then loses all charm, it's a shame that the municipality does not know how to resist overtourism.

Sophia is a super friendly host whose home reflects her thoughtfulness and creativity. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived (in fact, when we were wondering if we had the right house, a kind neighbour came over to assure us we were in the right place) and she had kindly left breakfast items and fresh oranges and her own delicious honey. The house has two huge terrace balconies that both have far reaching, beautiful views, and it's so close to Ancient Mycenae l. I would recommend a two night stay here so you can get up to the site early in the morning while it's cooler, then come back for lunch and a rest, and go back up to catch sunset at the Lion Gate. Parking is right outside and the area seemed very safe. We met the sweetest elderly cat too, who liked to hang out with us on the terrace. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom and front room was invaluable. In short, an authentic greek village and old-school Airbnb stay.

Wonderful location and beautiful place! Quiet and relaxing. The house is very well equipped and clean. We had coffee and food so we didn't have to run to the store as soon as we arrived. There are games for the kids and one. Very nice board to put in the water to discover the sea. This place is just beautiful and very well maintained. We will come back! We loved to drink our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening on the small balcony. We will miss the sound of the sea. Always happy to come back.

This beautiful, old-style home was beautifully situated with exquisite views. The pool and outdoor area were particularly enjoyable for the children and family meals. Plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Lovely villa in a beautiful location, perfect for a more peaceful holiday. Well equipped kitchen, rooms as described and shown. The hosts and the person who tends the pool and property were all very helpful during our stay, and beforehand too. We spent several days relaxing at the villa, the suggested local beach which was delightful and had a nice bar/ restaurant on the promenade. Great location if you’d like to day trip to Delphi or any of the other more rural attractions that are relatively close. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you’re bringing toddlers or young children there is a spiral staircase to the upstairs which has very wide gaps in the railings and therefore needs watching with a keen eye, as the child could very easily tumble straight off the staircase from any step without adult support. We managed a week there with a toddling 1yr old fine, however, so it’s just something to be aware of.

We had an amazing family weekend!!!! The place is beautiful with a lot of calm and lots of greenery …. The apartment was fully equipped, we don't need anything extra! We will definitely be back as soon as we can …. Our host was always respectful, friendly and very clear … Thank you so much !! I highly recommend it!

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

The house was above our expectations! A house that has everything you need to spend a carefree holiday. It is in a nice location with a lot of quiet and a great view. The hosts are kind people, willing to help you with anything you need. The must of the accommodation is the sports activities for young and old. I highly recommend it !

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! This place is AMAZING. When you initially walk in, it take a few minutes to even believe the view is real. As people say it is better than the photos. We rented a car and there are lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants around. The host was amazing and there was cold water and some local snacks in the fridge when we got there. If you are thinking about booking it then 2 words DO IT. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the host again

Constantinos is a great host, always communicating proactively. The place is exactly what you see at the photos, cosy and peaceful with a nice view.

The village is lively and well located by the Gulf of Corinth. Allows you to shine on the region ( Gorges de Vouraikos, Corinth, Nafplio, Epidaurus, Olympia...)

The planned apartment had had damage: our host warned us in advance and offered us another accommodation in the same building. Everything was perfect: the place is beautiful, the apartment in excellent condition, the huge balcony and the view delighted us. And we enjoyed the fruit, cake, and fruit juice waiting for us. We will be back with pleasure in this bay, so peaceful and welcoming.

Great location, 20m from the beach, beautiful views, everything at your fingertips. You go out of the building and you are on the boardwalk, walk 10 steps and you are on the beach. 100 meters from the stairwell well stocked and cheap greengrocer. Downstairs in the building a cafe and an inexpensive restaurant next door. You go to the city and there are many eateries and cafes, grocery stores. There are many different places to visit within 15 kilometers. Elias's unit itself is 80s style, but it's clean and well-maintained. The only drawback was the lack of a separate bedroom. The description shows that such a bedroom is located in the apartment, but it turned out to be only a bedroom with a bed. But the inconvenience is compensated by the location and the great views from the balcony where we had meals, we had coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening. On weekend nights, there may be noise from the boardwalk. However, during the week it gets quiet with the night. We had a great stay at Elias's overall. Thank you so much.

Lovely placed to stay in the small beachside town of Loutraki. Gianna's top floor apartment is spacious and well equipped and the huge outdoor terrace has great views (although quite windy when we were there).

We stayed 10 days at Alex's Villa. It was absolutely amazing! Great view over the saronian gulf, small and large amoni beach. Both the beaches are a good starting point for snorkeling. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The villa is also a good starting point for discovering the east of Peloponnes. We visited Korinthos, Mykene, Nafplio, Korfos and Epidavros. One day we spent to see Athens of course. The area is very quite and chilly. We liked that a lot. There is one great restaurant in walking distance. We spend most of the evenings there. Alex and his mother are always available in case of questions. The house has everything that you need when traveling with kids - pool! ;), washing machine, dish washer, ... We really liked it a lot and would love to come back one day.
