A bank,a supermarket and a brand new medical center right in front of the entrance of the block of flats.The beach is at sight and it is located at about 150 meters. The flat consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, hall+living room with two single beds, a sofa bed, and a table. A baby cot is also provided. We are pet-friendly.

The main feature is the huge balcony, ideal for gatherings and families, while the small secluded beach right underneath the property makes it attractive to anyone who wants to have the choice between the vibrant bars, casino and restaurants, and some private time.
