My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Perhaps the best stay through the Airbnb platform, the accommodation was amazingly beautiful, modern and spotless, it lacked nothing and the hosts were direct, friendly and incredibly kind. I would like to visit the accommodation again as soon as possible. Thankyou for everything ❤️

Charming house, clean and inviting, we were definitely a couple enough for us, huge and beautiful yard, close to the sea to restaurants and cafes but you need a car. Very comfortable bed. The hosts are lovely and willing to help with anything and any request. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

The place is lovely, right in the heart of Limni. Exactly as described with super host's. We loved being able to walk out to the bar's and restaurants. Elena is also full of knowledge and very good at suggesting places to visit in North Evia. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️

It’s hard to decide which is nicer: the apartment, the sea views or the owners. All are excellent. We were staggered at how lavishly Artemis had laid on groceries for us for when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The AC units in every room work really well, and the netting on the windows kept unwanted bugs to a minimum. The pool is kept spotlessly clean as a matter of honour and (warranted) pride by Illyrios. The showers in the bathrooms are powerful and have plenty of hot water. The fridge-freezer is spacious and works well, as do the other quality appliances such as washing machine, kettle and microwave. The views are soothing and the area quiet. The hosts live downstairs and are very respectful of guests’ privacy whilst at the same time being available to give help or any extras you might want in the kitchen. The beds are comfy and the linen spotless. Location is great if you have a car. Don’t give it a second thought: just come!

This air bnb was absolutely perfect! The location is stunning- the views are breathtaking, and you are right in the Plaka neighborhood which is walkable to lots of restaurants and things to do. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. I would stay here again anytime!

This was a clean, nice place in a good location. I agree with previous comments about taking the garbage out. We had to walk the street with all of our luggage and garbage until we found a garbage can.

First of all, a big thanks to Maria and Alexander for their warm welcome. Starvos provided clear instructions, although we unfortunately didn't get to meet him. The place was perfect—extra clean and felt just like home. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. The location is ideal for a restful stay. The nearby restaurants offer delicious seafood, and the staff is very friendly. We hope to return soon.

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

The host left clear instructions on how to get in. When I asked questions about where to find, they things such as a grocery store they were quick with their response and very helpful on how to find it. So many things were close by and easy to walk to. It was a very clean space and overall a great place to stay.

Akis was an excellent host; the best have had on our trip around Europe. He was very friendly & extremely helpful. The accomodation had lovely outdoor area with a great view of the Acropolis.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The hosts also communicated really clearly and gave great recommendations. It’s a very lively neighborhood and does have music into the late hours at night. But nothing a pair of noise cancelling headphones can’t solve

This place was great. Walkable to everything. AC was nice and cold. Hosts very attentive. Just as pictured. Even helped us with ride from airport. Would stay here again! Very clean and welcoming. Lots of coffee and food very close. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Athens.

John’s place was great! The views for the huge balcony/terrace were incredible. We were there for 2 nights and able to walk restaurants, cool little neighborhoods and the Acropolis. His place is located deep in the center of the city. Highly recommend taxi or public transit. Again, views were outstanding!!

Although the photos are accurate, they don't quite do the Apartment justice. Simply spectacular outlook from the rooftop. As for the rooms, they are well appointed with lots of goodies provided (thank you!). The entrance and access is a little quirky but adds to the vibe of staying in Athens. Absolutely loved the place!

Doros was a great host. He provided detailed information. Apt. is at a great location. We will rent this Apt whenever we visit Athens.

I had a great time at this property. Located in the 6th floor you have a great city view, Acropolis being visible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an amazing experience at night. The place both smelled and looked clean, and in my experience the host did the little extra to account for a great experience - which it really was. Good instructions, easy check-in and access by app. Overall a really good stay at this property.

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!

We stayed here for 3 nights, we had a great time also thanks to the availability of the host, the perfect place to return after a tiring day and be able to relax in the hot tub. Thanks Antonis!

Absolutely wonderful stay! From booking to check-out, the hosts were communicative and eager to accommodate every need. The one thing to note (not a negative) is that Omonia can be an… interesting place at night. Luckily, you are in the heart of city center so everything is within a €10 taxi ride. When, not if, we return to Athens, we WILL be staying with this exact same spot!
