great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

We had a great time. Everything was super smooth. Communication excellent and clear, check-in no problem. The location is unbeatable in Athens. Everything walking distance, fantastic food places all around. Would come back anytime!

Very responsive host and very cute place! The only negative was the parking space (we damaged the car🥲) which requires a lot of maneuvering. Otherwise nothing to say, thank you!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

We stayed at Maria’s for about a week and enjoyed our stay! It was fairly close (7min) walk to the metro and one or two stops away from all of the attractions. Very peaceful and quiet location, with lots of space and nice balcony to enjoy a different view of Athens.

Stephen was a very nice host. Everything was well organized and he was very nice helping me getting around town. Perfect place to stay for a conference at the nearby conference center.

Perfect place for three of us. Easy keyless entry, historic entryway to the apartment. Nicely furnished, not cluttered. The rooftop patio was a big hit. Great views of the Acropolis from the patio and also from inside the apartment. So much to se do in every direction. Would love to stay again next time!

This was a great spot in Athens, especially for the price. It’s just outside of the main downtown area so it’s fairly quiet, but there’s still lots to do within a 5-10min walking radius. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and even gave us a quick tour of the area when we first arrived. The only draw backs are that the apartment is small (but we felt the price reflects this) and there is narrow/steep stairs to get to the unit, which may not be accessible for some. We would certainly recommend this place to stay!

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

Wonderful place to unwind and relax. We love the pool and their dog Diesel ☺️.

From the moment I saw the photos I just knew I have to visit this place Remote ( but not too remote:) Peaceful , beautiful place by its nature, and the made by man ( woman:) additions gave it the final magical touch ❤️ amazing view, big big dining table right in front of it, beautiful pull and the rustic, magical, stone and wood houses. What more can anyone want :)

Very cozy and thoughtful home Within walking distance of Eretria and Vasiliko .. we will definitely prefer it again!

I really didn’t want to give this property 5 stars… 6 would be be fitting. The view was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is located in a chill environment surrounded by olive trees, there are also citrus trees in the yard. This house was in my top 5 stays.
