Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the space. The decor was modern and cozy, with an incredible attention to detail that made it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He provided great local recommendations and even checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. Very spacious flat with great views of the acropolis. The bedroom was setup to sleep 4 and it worked very well, there was plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and nice touches like slippers were very welcome. Short walk to monastiraki square and all the sights. Lots of restaurants in a 10m radius. Our kids loved the jacuzzi.

This beautiful cabin and pool boast a very grand feeling yet, time warm and cozy at the same. You’ll witness an incredible panorama view S. Euboean Gulf with the island of Evia as a backdrop. This cabin experience in Greece is definitely one that will be remembered! Kosta is the perfect super host as his response time was less than 5 min and his concern for our experience was excellent. From the basket of fresh seasonal fruit to the bottle of wine & a few beers as a welcome gift, we truly felt spoiled! He graciousness in allowing for early check-in and a late check out, truly added to the full package! As a family of 9 and we had plenty of space while together and enough space to have quite times as well. Our stay was in the winter and it rained everyday we were there which was highly unusual for Greece. However if we enjoyed it this much with rain… just imagine how lovely it is the rest of the time! Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

Nous étions 5 dans le logement, 2 adultes et 3 ados. Nous avions assez de place pour tous, des rangments, des lits confortables la wi-fi. Le séjour a été agréable dans cet appartement,je recommande. La possibilité de visiter les lieux principaux a moins de 20 min à pied. Le métro très proche nous a permis d'aller à la plage. Parfait et merci a Sofia qui est très arangeante, et merci à Dimitris.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Maria ! L’emplacement est calme mais dans un quartier vivant, c’était très propre, Maria était très arrangeante et amicale, tout était conforme à la description.

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Bella! appartement très propre et calme. les balcons sont d'une beauté, avec tous les commodités pour prendre l'air. nous avons adoré notre séjour. super merci pour tout Constantino

Great location! Very close to all the main attractions in Athens and lots of food spots nearby. Only disadvantages were the loud music on the weekends and the hot water for the shower takes 30 minutes to turn on. The TV also turns on with a loud noise every-time you turn the power on. Other than that the check in was very easy and Vanessa was very responsive.

We had high expectations for this villa considering the photos. It went beyond. The villa is massive (it's a whole building on 6 levels with an elevator inside) and very spacious. Good location. Quite central, yet very quiet. It was perfect!

Hermoso departamento, la ubicación muy buena, a 5 minutos del centro y a pocas cuadras de sector gastronomico con mucha vida nocturna. Se ve la acropolis desde el balcón. Nos dejo de atención café y jugo. Llegamos mucho más temprano y nos dejo ingresar a dejar bolsos. muy buena experiencia. recomendable

Logement très bien situé. Maria nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et nous avait préparé des petites attentions. Nous avons pu prendre notre logement avant l’heure prévue . Logement situé a 8 mins du métro et à à peine 3 mins du supermarché Market in. Maria nous a donné des recommandations ( supermarché et boulangerie) À partir du logement pas besoin de prendre le métro ( sauf pour aller au port du Pirée ) pour voir les principaux sites touristiques. Je recommande .

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in Despoina’s beautiful house with our little dog. Instructions about the check-in process were very clear and when we had any other question, Despoina answered in just 2 minutes😊 It’s a lovely two bedroom apartment in a very vibrant area with many shops and restaurants and we also loved hanging out in our terrace. The only thing you need you consider is that there is no elevator, so you need to take the stairs with your luggages but we didn’t have many so it didn’t bother us.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer tollen Küche in der alles vorhanden war was man zum Kochen braucht und um sich morgens einen Kaffee zu machen. Die Dachterrasse ist zwar nur über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen, jedoch ist sie sehr privat und man hat eine extrem tolle Aussicht über Athen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen! Als einzigen Hinweis: die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig in einem sehr sicheren Viertel von Athen, jedoch geht man zu Fuß wirklich sehr viele Treppen um zur Wohnung zu gelangen.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

A perfect stay! The house was just like the photos – clean, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Very comfortable for a family with a toddler. The host was super friendly and responsive. We especially loved the peace, privacy, and stunning views. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the quiet side of Greece.

Super schönes, geräumiges Haus mit vielen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsecken. Man kann von fast alles Fenstern aus das Meer sehen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar ein E-Piano :) Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Draußenbereich mit Pool und einfach traumhaftem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt sind es ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt. Eine relevante Info ist vielleicht noch, dass auf dem Gelände Katzen leben!

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

We had a great stay in Kolonaki area. Apartment was private and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed for the week. Kids loved the ping pong table! Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the pool but the view from the roof is amazing. The hill is not a problem for a fit family with older kids.

The wooden cabin was a perfect weekend escape from Athens! The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable, situated next to a taverna. The stairs inside were too steep for our dog to navigate, but he loved the big yard. We will definitely be back!
