Very beautiful house just like in the photos. Spotless everything with very quiet … the sea is twenty meters from the house and has many restaurants and cafes! Chalkida is 15 minutes away . Dimitra is a helpful and welcoming city from the first moment. The kitchen is perfect with all the comforts, as well as there is also a sound system and two TVs for entertainment !!!! Great choice and I'll go again sometime !!!

Lovely apartment on the north edge of Psyrri district, walkable to everything in central Athens. Large living room, and bedrooms at the back (so very quiet). Apartment had everything we needed. Marilena was very friendly, helpful (including with local tips and recommendations), and responsive. We’ll be back!

Amazing stay! I was in Europe for 6 weeks and this was by far my favorite Airbnb the entire trip. The apartment is really nice and the rooftop is absolutely stunning. It's located in a busy area so there's a lot to do nearby, and the apartment is surprisingly really quiet throughout the day and night. The host was also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

It's a beautiful place, very convenient in every way. Quiet. Store's, restaurants, ferry, beach and more... All at walking distance. plus a beautiful sunset!.

We arrived at night so we got in a bit of trouble getting in. Other than that everything was as in the description, very clean and in a beautiful location that we wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchen is equipped and was clean at a high level. Definitely recommend

Nothing negative to say about the apartment or host. On one occasion I locked myself out. At approx. 23:15 Philoppo was immediately present. Kind, polite and considerate. I would certainly book again. A tiny niggle - a kitchen chopping board would have been useful!

Truly a 1-of-1 space! Hard to find anything THIS perfect in the area. The living space was on the second floor and absolutely gorgeous. There are two bedrooms and the couch DOES turn into a bed. The balcony photos don't do it justice - it truly is a magnificent view. Perfectly centered next to every restaurant / shop you could ask for. Not to mention, historical sites are right at your front door! Couldn't have asked for a better space to stay. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

We loved this location - it was exactly what we wanted, and perfect for the two of us. Monastiraki is a great location - a base for exploring the history of Athens, the busy flea market, plenty of restaurants. Things to bear in mind: this is on the seventh floor at the top of a building, and the lift goes to the sixth floor, but the view is worth the extra stairs; it’s a busy neighbourhood, with lots of night life, so expect to hear some music from the adjacent attic bar, although this really didn’t bother us (shut the windows!). The host was very responsive and exceptionally helpful - we appreciated the guides to neighbourhoods, eating places, etc. All in all we loved the location, the lay-out of the premises, the character of the apartment. We would definitely try to stay here again if available.

It was an incredible home base for our stay in Athens. It was in a central, walkable location which made getting around super easy. We never had to use the metro. Plus, you never get tired of the view. The host was super kind, friendly, and gave us some killer recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked.

Happy with our stay here, place was lovely and the view from the roof top was wonderful. Didn’t mention that it’s shared by a mechanical or similar shed area but could be easily ignored with the beauty of the Acropolis. Apartment is definitely showing signs of age but what can be expected of a city as ancient as Athens. Overall would recommend to others and would return if we are ever back. We loved our stay at Iason’s beautiful apartment. The terrace is a real oasis. It was a great base for getting to historical sites as well as getting to some nice restaurants and bars. Iason was very responsive and helpful, with great tips. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

George was very helpful before our check in and also very informative about the surrounding areas. We truly enjoyed our stay because the house was what we expected, clean bathroom, kitchen and bed :) super close to all rooftop bar, acropolis and monastiriki square. Would def go back again :)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was comfortable, clean, quiet, and exactly as described. We felt very pampered by the relaxing hot tub and stylish apartment. One of our favorite parts was the porch—it was a perfect spot to relax with a beautiful view of the city. The location was extremely convenient, with shops, restaurants, and major sights all within walking distance. Xenia was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

This place was great. Walkable to everything. AC was nice and cold. Hosts very attentive. Just as pictured. Even helped us with ride from airport. Would stay here again! Very clean and welcoming. Lots of coffee and food very close. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Athens.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!
