Monthly Rentals in Xiropotamos

At first glance it seems like an old house but it is rather cozy apartment, which has enough space for up to 5 people. Nice veranda with an outdoor table as well. It's in a quite part of the town, but everything is no more than 10-15 mins away by foot. The hosts welcomed us and have baked us a delicious cake, which made us feel right at home :) They are very responsive and friendly and gave us some good recommendations too! Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great value for this price!

We had a great time at Nikos’ place. As a family of 4 with a baby, it was very convenient to have the beach at a walking distance. We were looking for a quiet family time and this was exactly it. Felt like home away from home with everything you need near by.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!

I was staying here with my friend for a couple of days, and we had an amazing experience! The area is quiet, clean and the beach is just 5 minutes away! In there apartment we had everything you can think of and even more. It was very cozy, and we really enjoyed our time in this flat. Robert was very friendly, and always replied fast to us, and assisted whenever needed. Will definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you!
