Monthly Rentals in Xinovrysi

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dimitrios’ apartment. The view from the garden is amazing and the beach, which just a few steps away, is a pretty good one and not crowded at all! The AC in the bedroom works fine which is another plus in summer. However, the equipment of the flat especially in the kitchen is rather basic, the light situation is cold which makes the flat a bit uncomfortable in the evening when it’s dark outside.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Maria’s place. Very cosy and clean, spotless bed linen and towels, inside all wood and stones. Extremely good value for money, highly recommend and already plan to be back.

We stayed in Mr. Nikolaos' house for fifteen days in August, my partner, our 2 1/2 year old son and I. We were greeted in a very friendly and attentive manner. Mr. Nikolaos accompanied us to the house, giving us very clear directions. He was always very helpful and hospitable, even offering us products from his garden and letting us taste a bottle of his oil and wine. The house is very clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you need, including sheets, towels that were changed halfway through our vacation. The kitchen is also very well stocked. We found fresh water in the fridge. It is certainly a very quiet and cozy place with a large private courtyard where our son often played freely. We highly recommend it.

Great location, the space exactly as described, Mr. Vangelis auxiliary and very kind. We had a great week and we hope to be back soon!
