Holiday rentals with a patio in Xeropotamos

Our stay at the apartment was great! There are many parking spaces available just outside the apartment and you can easily walk to the city center. The airport was also just a 10min drive away. The apartment had everything you needed and it was very clean. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and Raki and felt immediately at home! Thank you for your great hospitality!

Giorgio’s place was beautiful and well maintained. He was always very responsive (Ben when we locked ourselves out) and gave us recommendations for the local super market and an AMAZING place for dinner. The home was very comfortable with a beautiful sea view and had everything we needed.

We can find the apartment easily. Parking is just right in front, maybe I didn’t read properly so I didn’t know that there are 2 flights down. We received the information, pictures before the checkin date, they are very precise so we were able to locate the property with no problem. The host helped us take our suitcases down, We really appreciated her help and she also gave us some lemon and veg from her garden. We enjoyed staying at her apartment. Everything we need is there. If you need help the host was just upstairs.

Giorgio’s apartment is perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the balcony was wonderful for enjoying a drink in the evening. Very close to all the sites, it is a perfect place to stay when you are in Heraklion.

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The terrace and pool were so nice where we could chill out as a family. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful.

We enjoyed a fantastic four days in Aris’ place, the views of the plateau and mountains are just beautiful! We felt right at home, and it was lovely to have Aris and his wife physically there at check in, a rarity these days! The images really don’t do this place justice, it is up some winding roads but we were prepared for that having visited the plateau in 2012. We can’t recommend staying here more, we really wish we’d have booked a longer stay! Aris had a fantastic hire car recommendation too, which was also great, and we had some amazing recommendations from them too. Thank you very much Aris!

Magdalena and her husband Marinos were extremely kind. They picked us up from the airport after our flight was delayed over 11hrs. They made us feel right at home and the fridge was stocked with an assortment of drinks, bread, meat & cheese. The place is very spacious and comfortable. Used the washer and air dried our clothes no problem. One of the bathrooms has a huge assortment of different products to use that were great. If we asked a question, it was answered right away. Feel like we have made life long friends here. So much hospitality! Would highly recommend this place.

Its a great loft styled house that has an amazing patio/ rooftop! The place is also very conveniently located close to the highway and has lots of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby! As its close to the airport, we did hear a lot of loud airplane taking off but it DID NOT bother us and it was very cool to see plane taking off in the hot tub! The hot tub was such a great addition to the space and the host provided bathrobes for our stay which was also a nice touch! It is placed in an area that is very private on the rooftop so you can totally enjoy with privacy. The host is great communicators and respond very promptly! The check out experience was very easy and they made it extra hassle free!

My wife and I toured the Villa in the listing, and it was absolutely gorgeous, but we stayed at the single story Villa below and our review will reflect our experience there. One thing worth noting about the listed Villa is that it is two stories, both beautifully appointed. Our single story Villa, a part of the same complex, was beautiful, peaceful, and restful. The Villa was impeccably clean, the space spacious and airy, completely modern and luxurious but without pretense. I could live there year round and count myself fortunate. The location is fifteen or twenty minutes from a number of popular beaches, yet in the countryside far from the noise, clutter, and confusion of the city. The town has everything you need and nothing you don’t. If anything could be better than the villa it’s the host, Manos. Manos is the most friendly and generous host imaginable; a gentleman and beautiful person in every sense. If I have any regrets about the villa it’s that I didn’t book it for longer.

We can only agree with the many positive reviews. We had a great time in the beautiful mountain village – it was a special experience. Every morning we had breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoyed the tranquility. At first we thought the sea would be missing, but that wasn't the case at all. We really came to rest – walks in the area were enough for that. Actually, we planned to do more, but we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much that we took it easy. Nevertheless, we were traveling by car and made some nice excursions, including to the coast, where we discovered great restaurants. A vacation that will stay with us in very good memory. I stayed for a month and the apartment has everything you need for a stay in the city. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the town centre, with bus stops (which takes you too and from the airport easily), shops, cafes and plenty of places to eat all close by. I felt very safe walking to the apartment alone on an evening. Despite being to close to the centre, the location of the apartment is quiet and there is no noise from traffic or nightlife. The apartment has two bedrooms which are light and have plenty of space, and the beds are also very comfortable. The balcony is great for drying your clothes and for sitting and enjoying the sun. The apartment would be very comfortable and enough room for 4 people staying here. Hosts are very responsive and have addressed any small issues that have arisen.

The accommodation was very nice - modern finishes. Close to the airport :). I would stay here again.

Excellent stay in the apartment of manos. Very warm welcome, smiling, attentive to his guests. On our arrival, a varied and complete buffet awaited us. Very appreciable after a long trip. Very clean and functional accommodation. Very good communication. We thank him and his wife Eleni and highly recommend this apartment. The best.

Central Location Apartment. Clear space and according to the description. The host always replied to the messages and was very helpful when I couldn't buy capsules for the coffee machine, offering them free with delivery to the apartment.

Mrs Kalliopi is a wonderful host. She is a helpful person and her house is amazing concerning the condition, facilities and location. I strongly recommend her place.

Great location! Just a few minutes' walk into town. The place looks like the photos. The kitchen is superbly equipped. I highly recommend it!!

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.

Small but nice accommodation! Very clean, everything necessary available. Communication was quick, easy and very friendly. :) The beach is really right outside the door (max. 1 minute walk), the matching beach bar with free loungers is also on site. 🌊🍹🌞 The only suggestion for improvement would be a vacuum cleaner or broom. After 9 days, even with great caution, sand or dirt gets into the apartment. It would have been practical to be able to remove it. Happily again! 🫶🏻
