Holiday rentals with beach access in Xeropotamos

We enjoyed our stay here overnight. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Communication regarding checking in was great, also very helpful with directions to the bus station for our onward journey.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures on the website. We absolutely loved our stay here! Although there were other guests at the resort, we didn't see them at all, so it felt like we were the only people there. The facilities, including the pool, sun beds both in and out of the pool, which were incredible! Stefani showing us around when we first got there and explained that cleaning service was included, which we didn't expect. This made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The attention to detail made our stay exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely recommend the villa to our friends and family. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Flawless communication! Very clean room, located in a quiet neighborhood!

Giannis is a very invested, responsive and discreet host. We really enjoyed the welcome with a pastry (very good!), the oranges in the fridge as well as the drinks made available. The environment is very pleasant and the location is ideal, quiet but close to the promenade with restaurants. If you have any questions, Giannis has always been available as well as to make recommendations to us. Listing is as described. However, it should not be too big for the night part and the bathroom but otherwise everything was very good!

we had a great week at Maria's place. The covered terrace is the most beautiful room in the house with a magnificent view of the sea. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away, but beware, for people who have difficulty walking, the slope is rather steep to climb. Maria is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. Agia Pelagia remains a small seaside resort very well located to visit the North of the island. Beautiful discovery

Great! Go for it! The accommodation: Wow! Clean, cozy, comfort. A magnificent terrace with a private jacuzzi that we enjoyed a lot and a breathtaking view of the small port. A kitchen with everything you need (fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.). 2 beautiful bathrooms with everything you need (towels, products, etc.). Comfortable rooms. A living room with Netflix, for those who want to relax a little in the evening. The welcome: Wow! Harry was waiting for us with a smile, despite our delay (plane, car rental, the vagaries of travel🤣). On site a lot of things to start our holidays well: fruit, cold cuts, bread, water, coke and lunch (jams, honey, coffee...) The big plus: Thanks to Harry for his good advice (places to visit, restaurants, taverns, beaches, etc.) and their constant availability and speed in responding during our stay. The place: Very nice port, a little noisy and lively in the evening. A good start to travel.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place in the Gazi area of Crete. The accommodation fully met our expectations — everything was impeccable, very clean and well organised. The host Michael was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. From the first contact to the end of our stay, we always felt supported. Your availability and kindness made all the difference and exceeded our expectations. We arrived in Crete quite early and, at our request, Michael kindly allowed an early check-in, which was a great help. In addition, he provided us with a parasol, something simple but that made all the difference during our tours of the island. At the end of the stay, he also offered us a late check-out, which made it a lot easier, since our flight was only in the late afternoon. It was really a fantastic experience, not only because of the space itself, but above all because of Michael's hospitality. We highly recommend it!

Andy is a great woman and a great host, friendly, cheerful, we felt at home with her. Separate entrance, rest in peace and quiet. The studio is very clean and cozy, it was nice to spend time on the terrace full of flowers. She treated us like we were her closest family. I greet and recommend this place with all my heart♥️. We spent wonderful and relaxing holidays in Dimitri's apartment. The apartment is fantastically beautiful and tastefully furnished, with high-quality furniture and it really lacks nothing. The terrace has a unique beautiful view of the sea and we spent many beautiful hours there. Dimitris is super friendly, always available and with helpful tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. he helped us a lot. He also organised the transfer from the airport and it worked out perfectly. The location of the apartment is also perfect. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance and the bus station is just across the street. We highly recommend the apartment, for us the most beautiful so far and we will gladly think back to the time and come back soon.

Very comfy flat, super clean, white sheets and towels. Perfect location for shopping, restaurants, supermarket, meeting points for travelling, also very close to the port. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony, feeling the city centre life. George was a very responsive host and supportive when a needed help. The refreshments and small treats were also a nice sign of hospitality. Definitely an excellent place to stay in Heraklion!

I think this place was everything we needed and more. The location was close to everything we needed and the host was excellent at answering our needs and helping us get in early. Overall, loved it and would visit again!

the place was very nice and Maria was very hospitable. Her mom gave us delicious homemade cookies. The house looked as if someone is still living there. there were personal photos and what seemed like personal items. looked a lot like a "home". We had a lovely time. thank you Maria.

Tasos is an extremely welcoming host. When we arrived late, we found a generously stocked fridge and freezer. Fruits, jams, rusks and cold and hot drinks were waiting for us. And Tasos was absolutely adorable to make our stay easier. We really appreciate it. Her apartment is very nice , the jacuzzi and the beautiful view make it a rare find. We highly recommend this rental, even more appreciated thanks to the many details Tasos has thought of.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

Marianna’s place was great - we had a very pleasant time there. The view over the Mediterranean Sea is stunning, and the location is easy to access. Her mum, Sonia, kindly made us a local pie upon arrival, and she was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and it’s only about 20 minutes to the Heraklion city centre. Highly recommended!

We had a really great stay at Hersonissos. The apartment was in a perfect position in the town and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue for me was having mobility issues the stairs were hard work, but I knew that was going to be the case and it was not misrepresented at all. So just be wary if you’re the same, but being extra careful to get up to the top sundeck was definitely worth it for the views - thank you!
