Surface of the plot is 13x12= 156 M2. There are 2 separate bedrooms available inside the home. One Masterbedroom + one kids bedroom but option the couch in the living room can be transformed into a 4rd BED.

The lake is located in Emmerich-Elten, directly on the Dutch border and is easily accessible via the A3. Two wooden cottages invite you to relax from everyday stress. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with upholstered furniture and satellite TV, several sleeping options, shower/toilet, terrace overlooking the lake, barbecue and jetty, you can relax and swim wonderfully. The cottages can be rented individually or together. Use of the sauna garden can be booked on site.

The lake and forest is just a short walk away, and the area is great for hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing. Just check out the pictures :D. In summertime we rent the house per week.
