(ca.200m) Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1.Etage und ist nicht barrierefrei. Kurtaxe inklusive Rauchen ist nicht gestattet. Frische Brötchen gibt es morgens gleich nebenan am Bäckerwagen. Restaurant und Imbiss am Hafen Wardt in Spaziergang-Nähe. Die Wohnung ist seit August 2021 fertiggestellt. Garage für Sportgeräte auf Anfrage möglich.
