The house was better than in the photos, we were welcomed very well and the place is really exceptional, the landscape very pleasant and we were 100 meters from the beach . For athletes, hikers or just to enjoy the sea view, there are more than 20 km of slopes that cross the beaches and all within reach of you. I recommend it 200%

a fantastic vacation. We have traveled as a family with children and my girl with special needs and everything is fine. And already if I put a guardrail to hold on to climb the stairs that take you to the pool it would already be a 10 of 10 . more than anything for the elderly and reduced mobility. Otherwise it's an excellent place to enjoy as a family. Thank you 😁🥳

Fabulous villa in very quiet area, perfect for our holiday. Maria was an excellent friendly host and very proactive at all times in her contact with us. The villa was spotless and the photos didn't do it justice, the kitchen was really great to eat and cook in. The bathrooms were lovely too and the downstairs shower was so nice and spacious. Wonderful large pool which was very clean and well maintained. All in all one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed in and would love to return if we are in that area again.

We booked this house for the second time. It has a beautiful location and is tastefully decorated. Happy in the Sun was happy to answer questions and quite quickly.

We stayed at the villa with seven people – two couples and three singles – and it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The location and the view of the sea are simply breathtaking; we could never get enough of it. The house radiates a wonderful sense of peace and calm and is spacious enough for everyone to find their own quiet corner. The large terrace invites you to relax and makes time feel like it stands still. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the small outdoor kitchen with a grill is definitely a highlight. We will definitely be coming back!

Had the most wonderful stay, the villa was spotless so much space and in a really peaceful location. Lucia was a 10/10 host so kind, very attentive and looked after us. What a beautiful villa! We just returned from the most wonderful stay here at Casa Buho. Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute. The setting is spectacular, swimming in the pool with Montgo behind us, sitting on the Naya to enjoy a meal with views over the nearby villages, we truly did not want to leave. The villa is very well equipped; the kitchen is well stocked with both suitable appliances and equipment for cooking meals at home, the rooms have ample storage and space for comfort, and both bathrooms are spacious. The property is very secure, we felt so safe here. There is an electric gate for entry, and all the doors have metal shutters for extra security and an alarm. The AC is only located in the bedrooms, so during this heatwave, we found that if we kept all exterior doors closed and shutters down, and kept the AC on in the lower rooms, the house was at a comfortable temperature. It's worth noting the house layout, the master room is on the first floor with its own ensuite; separate bath and shower, and a double sink. On the ground floor, you will find the other bedrooms, one double room, one twin room, and the second bathroom (double sink, bath, and separate shower. Communication with Carolina was always prompt, and any issues we had during our stay were dealt with quickly. The sink tap in the kitchen became loose and a plumber was sent out the same day. Xabia town is perfect, there are many bars and restaurants along both the sea front and within the old town, as well as the local larger supermarkets like Mercadonna. There is also a very well-stocked local store at the bottom of the road, La Ermita Local Market, which had everything we needed, fresh fruit, veg and salad, meat, as well as an in-store bakery for the most amazing fresh bread, pastries, and quiches. We mainly shopped here as it was so convenient. There are so many good restaurants very close by, Mongto Restaurant served grilled meats and fish with simple sides, and Los Almendros offers a wide menu with starters, mains and dessert, plus a glass of wine or beer for an extremely low set price. Punta Benemaquia was also perfect, traditional Spanish cuisine in a lovely outdoor setting. Slightly further away, but restaurants worth trying, Terra, Da Giulia, there is an amazing account on IG @costa_blanca_restaurants have some amazing suggestions and we tried quite a few of them! 
There are some incredibly beautiful beaches a short drive away. Granadella and Portixol deserve special mentions. Both car parks fill up very early in high season, so getting there for 8am just about gets you a spot as the walks down hill to these beaches are hard work in the heat or with small children. Cala Clemence, the beach bar & restaurant on Cala de Portixol is exceptionalThe food here, drinks, decor and setting are not to be missed and most certainly our favourite meal here in the Xabia region. The local towns like Gata de Gorgos, fantastic town for basket bags, rugs and ceramics, I spent a lot here! Jesus Pobre is also good for smaller bars, and a very good pharmacy should you need anything on your holiday, we visited a few times! The night market in Denia is a great destination for an evening stroll along the marina, a drink and lots of jewellery stalls. The children loved this. We came back to the Marina for a boat tour with Mundo Marino, we did the 5 hour boat trip to Granadella which was fantastic. Amazing staff, food on the boat was also great, highly recommended.

Other fun days out were to Las Fuentes del Algar, the natural water springs and Aqualandia waterpark. We cannot wait to return to Xabia, and will definitely stay at Casa Buho, we couldn't fault a single thing!

Very spacious house and with many amenities, air conditioning, TV in the rooms, washing machine, dryer,... Large swimming pool and fantastic Jacuzzi. This is a great house for large families.

My family and I had a very pleasant 10 days stay. Upon arrival, the host was very welcoming, the house was clean, and the communication was easy. The house is huge, perfect for accommodating a larger social network, and our 9-person team could comfortably accommodate! The hosts are fantastic, very friendly and helpful, communicative and we had everything! The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and calm, the view from the house is beautiful! The terrace and super pool make your stay more comfortable! All rooms are air-conditioned, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and there are enough bathrooms! Thank you for a great stay, we had a great time! If you're looking for a place to stay in this area, choose this wonderful place because we guarantee you won't be disappointed!!

THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE LARGE AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS HUGE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE FOR GATHERING TOGETHER. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL DEFINITELY REPEAT. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's house. It's big enough for 12 people with spaces for each . The landscape and the outdoor kitchen are a real plus. However, we regret the lack of black-out shutters in the upper bedroom as well as air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. Maria is a pleasant and very responsive host.

Very comfortable accommodation, very close to the beach and very quiet. Ovido always addressed all the questions very quickly and I advise us very well. The house is very comfortable and pleasant. Being able to get the cars inside is a convenience and more safety. Recommended for families who want to rest and have all amenities. The kitchen is a good one, it cooks very well as a family!

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful, clean and very complete, equipped with really every comfort. Perfect for a family holiday. Outside are several nice seating areas and therefore a nice place in the sun or shade at any time of day. The BBQ was also great. The swimming pool is also nice and well maintained. That you can walk to the beach (3 minutes) completes it all. Fantastic place! Finally, host Johan (and his wife) is extremely friendly, service-oriented, and responsive. Gives you the feeling of being available at any time. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Any eventuality resolves it without delay The house is spectacular, just as advertised. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops and especially the pool. The pool was spotless and ready to use anything else you settle in When you're traveling as a family it's hard to find a house like this Everything was perfect

Our stay at the house was fantastic. The house is super comfortable and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation: it has two spacious living rooms, full kitchens, children's games and very comfortable sofas. But what surprised us the most were the beds and pillows, completely new and very comfortable, something unusual in a vacation home. The owner's attention has been excellent from the first moment, providing us with useful information about the area and all the details of the house. He was always attentive and available for any inquires. In addition, she had the detail to immediately send us some AirPods that we forgot in the house, which shows her great attention and kindness. Definitely a fantastic house that we will love to return to.

My family and I have spent some great days in Salvador's house, we have not lacked anything and above all we have enjoyed the proximity to the spectacular beach of Oliva and the garden that has a large table, a large and very well located umbrella, even a barbecue.
