Beachfront holiday rental in Xàbia

Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spectacular, as if you were at home... It has everything and with all the amenities, everything is very clean and organized, the sofa seems small, but when the bed is opened is huge! and what to say about the terrace and the views... incredible. Alba is the girl who was attentive at all times to us, a wonder to talk to her. In short, really everything spectacular, a shame not to have found this apartment before with the one we have been to Benidorm and if we come back, we will definitely contact them!

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! We felt right at home!!! Thanks to Fernando and his wife, very helpful and kind!!! The house is very clean, new sheets and towels It exceeded our expectations, we were great!!! The beach a few steps away, we have seen beautiful sunsets and sunrises!! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything!!!

Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

Well, perfect accommodation, we truly felt right at home, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, near the Arenal, just a 10-minute walk away, and right in front of a spectacular diving area, a very quiet organization and a garden with a barbecue, where we enjoyed some fantastic days

We spent three particularly pleasant weeks in this beautiful property located in a paradisiacal and very peaceful private estate, enjoying an exceptional location with a superb view of the sea as well as the very beautiful and comfortable gardens, glimpsed daily by a charming staff. Also, the property enjoys a great location near a nice walk to the nearby center. When we arrived, we were greeted by Antonio who was very friendly, and always available when we needed him afterwards. In conclusion, we are looking for a negative point at this rental that bears its name perfectly, but we can't find one. Everything was absolutely perfect, and it's rare enough not to be reported. So we only have one wish, go back as soon as possible, while hoping that after reading our reviews, it is not too often booked...!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The house is very well equipped and spacious enough for 8 people and offers nice services. The outdoor space is exceptional, a huge landscaped garden with trees and the large heated pool that allowed us to enjoy it every day from morning to evening… despite mosquito attacks. The neighborhood is very quiet and a few minutes from the city center and the beach. Maria has always been responsive and has great tips.

We were phenomenal. The house was great as shown in the pictures and had a lot for the kids. The area is very quiet, and the beach is very close! The bad thing is that it is not easy to walk near the house; but still, we will repeat!

We had an amazing stay at Alessandra en Mirella. A very warm welcome and good communication. The garden and view are amazing!

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Thank you so much for a nice stay Arno, will probably be back🤩

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Frank's place was amazing, me and my friends had a great time and loved the place. Beautiful beautiful place 😍 The place has great views, walking distance to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We had no problems at all while staying at Frank's place. Frank was always responsive & had great communication. I will definitely book Frank's place again in the future.

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. It is very nice and easy to communicate with Carine and Marisa. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you

The location is perfect. The villa has a direct view to the see. There is everything needed in the kitchen and also everything you might need.

Excellent location in Javea !

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!
