Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

I'd stay at Jackie's place again whenever I next visit no question. Good price, and the place is exactly as she's described. And whenever I messaged her she always responded back to me within 30mins at most which is excellent

Our family had a lovely stay at Burrowbank at the end of the summer holiday. The house is fantastic with all the facilities you could ask for. The kids loved the swings and most of all the pool, while the covered (heated) BBQ area meant evening meals outside watching the sunset. Great location and setting, very private and we would definitely come again and recommend to others. Martyn and Christine were very helpful and went the extra mile (even posting my daughter’s disposable camera that she left behind). Can’t think of any negatives and we made some great/happy memories.

Absolutely stunning. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my 40th. Me and my family had the best time. We had so much fun in the bar, playing pool and watching movies. As for the pool and hot tub..... wow! It was just absolutely brilliant. we all had the best time. the house itself was stunning, cozy and comfortable. Delanie you were just wonderful . I loved how we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. Living like superstars for a weekend. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Seabreeze is a lovely house. Very clean with everything we needed. Perfect location with amenities near by. Alison was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

We stayed here with some friends to get together for a birthday. We loved the cozy games room and spent our evenings together watching movies all cozied up with blankets. The host was absolutely lovely and her dogs were super cute! It was the perfect quiet break that we needed to enjoy the company of your favourite people. Thank you so much!

Excellent value 2 bedroom townhouse. We didn’t mind the 30 minute walk to Blackpool Tower, with plenty of shops and eateries along the way. Easier still if you catch a bus or tram. Cosy lounge to sit on after a long day. Easy and convenient parking on the street right outside the door. We are a couple, but this place would comfortably sleep 2 couples and a 5th person.

A lovely place to spend Easter with my family consisting of three generations. Four adults, 2 kids (aged 6 & 2) and two dogs. The house was as described and clean on arrival. Very close to the beach (max 5 minute walk) and the coastal path was safe to let the dogs run off their leads. Had a fab time at Farmer Parr's petting farm which was approx a 10 minute drive away. Sunday was good weather so a long beach walk was enjoyed by the "elders" whilst the young ones had a play day on the beach. The kitchen had everything you need to cook up a storm including a full on Easter dinner. Would we return? If we want to re-visit Fleetwood then yes, but we like to try different places. This place ticked all the boxes for my lovely family break :-) Thank you Jaqui.

A lovely 3 bedroomed house situated outside Blackpool but on the tram line. Great balcony looking out to the sea. Well equipped kitchen, nice sized bedrooms, and good bathrooms. We used the Tram on most days to get into Blackpool and also visited Fleetwood which was lovely and much quieter than Blackpool. Would recommend for families.

This is an absolutely wonderful little house, in beautiful condition. Clean, comfortable and homely, it even has plentiful toys, games and books which our 4yo was delighted by. It's within an easy walk of Morecambe prom, Morecambe town centre, Happy Mount Park, and a fish and chip shop. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return one day soon. we had options to book several other propoerties for our guest who was staying for the week but katys place looked every bit the ideal location and didnt disappoint. we were working in ormskirk so was an ideal 15 minute drive to our fitout. for eating out we visited the plough in lathom and hickorys in hutton, preston... both within a short drive of the location. We have more work to do in ormskirk so will book again.

The photos do not do it justice - this was an amazing find and far surpassed our expectations. The property is immaculate and finished to a high standard with everything you need. Lovely garden spaces to enjoy a morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Perfectly located. I would definitely recommend this place. We all appreciated the decor and facilities offered in this lovely home just 5 minutes walk from the sea. The accommodation was as described. The kitchen/dining room was particularly welcoming with the large table and modern appliances. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated as was your willingness to let us get in early. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Steve was a great host, attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is close to many attractions but also nestled away in a private, quiet close. Would recommend Steve’s home and love to stay again.
