Great location, tram stops right in front of the building.

This was the perfect place to stay for a week in Williamstown. Easy parking if you have a car (free on side street - Ann) and a great coffee shop up the road.. Tick Tock. The apartment had everything you needed for a short stay and was immaculately clean.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Chante's place. Everything was just as described, and we felt right at home. We’d definitely come back for another trip.

"Amazing Stay with a Perfect Location and Stunning Views" I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. The view from the apartment was incredible, especially during sunrise and sunset i could’ve spent hours just looking out the window. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

We stayed here while I was attending classes at the university for a few days, and also over the Easter break. The apartment is in a really convenient spot, about five minutes walk from the uni and also within walking distance to the supermarket and main shopping centre. There are also some nice walking paths nearby which we enjoyed exploring. The apartment itself was well set up and felt both spacious and cosy at the same time. The view from the windows was beautiful and added a lovely touch to the stay. The team was fantastic, really responsive and helpful from start to finish, and communication was clear the whole way through, with Nick and the team going above and beyond in some instances. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was quiet throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. Overall, a really comfortable and easy place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others coming to the area.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Anna's apartment. The view is magnificent and the balcony just tops it off. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Docklands is a fantastic place to stay as you have everything at your doorstep. The free tram zone is an added bonus. As the apartment is overlooking the promenade where you have restaurants, eateries etc., you will hear pedestrian noise into the night, so if you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs for the 2nd bedroom only. We would highly recommend Anna's apartment for a magnificent stay.

Excellent stay and ideal base for exploring Melbourne. Area was quiet and amenities were top tier. Would and already have recommended to friends. Would absolutely stay again!

This place is well above a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel& Highly recommended to all! Not forgetting the fishing experienced just outside the backyard and managed to catch a black snapper, first time in life and again thank you so much Joyce & Mark for everything.

Exceptional host, easy communication

This was the second time we have stayed at Amons place. This time was as good as the first time. The house was spotlessly clean The beads were clean & very comfortable.

My time at Natalie and Dan’s home was the most wonderful stay. I was welcomed in with warmth and kindness and throughly enjoyed spending time with the whole family. The room and amenities were just as described and provided a home from home comfort with plenty of space and privacy. All of members of the family are an absolute delight to be around and greatly improved the quality of my time here in Australia. I couldn’t recommend more, this is a wonderful spot with truly lovely people. Thank you all again for having me, I look forward to returning!

A lovely place with a relaxed and peaceful view onto the lakes area. Spacious and generous living areas throughout the entire house. Excellent quality beds and bedding. Generous kitchen space for bigger groups. Maybe could have had a bit more garden furniture and sitting facilities in the living area (lounge) for a larger group of people. Excellent communication and prompt response with Annika. The property and surrounding area felt very safe with easy parking and close to amenities and a close by shopping area.

It's a huge house at the front of a large lake at cook point. Very close to M1 high way (10min drive) and shopping centre (8 min drive). While staying in the house, you can see some ducks and black swans swimming in the lake and even flying. That's awesome. There are many appliances provided in the house, which is very suitable for cooking. However, if you keep driving from a long distance and arrive at night missing something important for check-in. You have to stand in front of the house at lease 10 min and click the dam link to check you in before the host send you the check-in code to get the keys. That experience sucks. Overall, it' s a nice place to visit if there are ten people of you wanna gathering at weekends or holidays enjoying gorgeous lake scenery.

The attention to detail is incredible, his place had everything you need and is in a super convenient location with public transport, shops and restaurants all in walkable distance. The place was clean and tidy, my boyfriend and I felt right at home. Might need to ask Kelvis to help design our future home 🤣

This place was very well equipped, nice and clean and spacious for us. All cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner and washing detergent was generously included. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Very central to all amenities and a 2 minute walk to the tram station.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Another lovely stay at Simons Docklands apartment. The location was perfect for us, wheelchair accessible and had everything we needed and more. Simon kindly let us check in early when our flight was changed, and prior to our arrival checked that internet speed was adequate for our streaming needs. I loved the small outdoor balcony and, as before when we stayed, there was beautiful fresh fruit provided. Highly recommend

This place is in a fantastic location. It's close to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the free tram. The main bathroom doesn't include a toilet so only one toilet. But the main bath has lots of storage and Great shower pressure!!! The hosts were very responsive with all our questions! I would definitely recommend!

Angel Was an amazing host and her place is wonderful and in a great location. Private for relaxing and also close to entertainment also. Good for kids and would highly recommend.
