Our place has a lovely well equipped kitchen and two new bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 6, 2 queen size beds & 2 singles. We have a lovely rear deck with bifold windows opening directly onto the kitchen. A great spot for brekkie! Heated with a wood fire, and a split system air conditioner/heater. We are an easy walk to all that Lorne has to offer. Please note a minimum stay for Easter 3 nights. Minimum stay for January 7 nights. Minimum stay for public holiday long weekends 3 nights.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Tennis court available to use. Dog friendly. Our house is surrounded by trees and bush with views of the ocean - the best of both worlds! Located 1km from the beach and 200 metres from Cape Otway National Park. Short drive to excellent food and coffee at Wye River, and 30 minutes drive to all of the sights at Lorne and Apollo Bay. Wake up to the sound of kookaburras laughing, and look up to see koalas in the trees.

It was a "Paddy Harrington" house originally and still has its quirky style but now has all modern conveniences and clean stylish furniture. Enjoy a lovely getaway in comfort with a lovely fire.
