Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
