Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

The apartment is located between the University of Hubland and the old town. The campus of the University of Würzburg (Hubland) is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in 13 minutes. The Residenz Würzburg (2 km) is a 25-minute walk.

In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed with also 1.60 m width. The kitchen is basically equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tub, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which makes longer stays possible.
