Waterfront holiday rentals in Würenlos

We spent two weeks at Brigitte and Sepp's place while visiting family in Switzerland. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We absolutely loved it. This has been a most amazing and wonderful experience. Brigitte and Sepp are kind, wonderful people and went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Brigitte and Sepp's. The apartment is upstairs with a separate entrance, and has a full kitchen and three bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and had everything and more than we needed for our stay. The nearby villages of Sattel and Steinerberg have all the necessities for daily live, i.e. small grocery stores, bakeries, banks, gas stations, restaurants. The town of Schwyz is about 20 minutes away and has bigger shopping centers and more amenities.

We stayed with the children (15 and 18) for less than a week in Thomas's apartment and felt right at home. The location is quiet and you can walk to the lake in a few minutes. The nearest bus stop is only 100 m away, so you can easily reach all destinations on the Höri (and all of Lake Constance). I'm sure we'll be back!

Great place, with a very friendly hostess. Felt very comfortable from the first moment. The whole place has been very cozily furnished down to the smallest detail.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Andrea was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—full of natural light and equipped with all the functional amenities possibly needed. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning view of the lake. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the scenery was absolutely stunning. We would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing stay. Rebecca and Tony were the loveliest hosts, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our adventures (which were wonderful and aplenty). We’re so grateful to the whole family for making our stay so welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful property and to explore the local area. It really is an enchanting place, lush and green with so much to see and do. We were struck by the rich biodiversity of the region and how quiet and pristine it is. As a family who are passionate about nature and enjoy nothing more than spending time together outdoors, this was the prefect base. The property is nestled amongst tree-covered hills with beautiful wildflower meadows spanning the valley and you’ll find a stream at the bottom of the garden. The balcony offers dreamy views out towards the picturesque landscape where you can enjoy the soothing soundtrack of birds, the bells of the goats on the hillside and the stream. A little slice of paradise!

The property is perfect for a trip to Baden. It is very central, you can quickly walk to the town or the spa. The accommodation is clean and equipped with everything you need. Check-in also worked smoothly and Paloma proactively offered us help. Thank you very much, my friends and I can definitely recommend the place!

As a family with two small children (4 and 6 years), we spent wonderful days in Ludger's apartment. The selection of books and toys is phenomenal, the apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The apartment is clean, there is enough of everything. Ludger is very friendly and very easy to reach. We had self-inflicted problems with the toaster, Ludger replaced it directly. Highly recommended, the value for money is great!

Apartment was huge. It is situated right in a happening street. Close to the market. Excellent stay option.

We had a great holiday in this accommodation! The house is huge and offers enough space for everyone. The cleanliness and modernity are simply perfect - everything is perfectly maintained and designed. What we particularly liked is the cosy atmosphere, which is immediately noticeable when you come in. The smart TVs in every room were a highlight - we were able to relax and watch our favourite shows. But the highlight par excellence were the games corners: the kicker and the billiard table were perfect for relaxing evenings with the children. Overall, we can only recommend this accommodation. It is perfect for families who need a little more space and comfort. It is also a perfect starting point for excursions to Lake Constance, Switzerland, or for cycling through the beautiful area.

This year, we visited Marcello & Sandra’s lovely home once again. As always, it’s a clean, charming, and stylish place. It’s also a peaceful, quiet, and calm Airbnb home. Marcello answered all our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. He is a very attentive and warm host. We’re thinking of staying here again.

Loved our stay, truly beautiful home and perfect for our family (2 adult couples couples and a family of 3 with 6 year old). Child friendly with safe bedding and available books and toys to play with. Great location 5 minutes from train station and 2 blocks walk from COOP grocery store. A few things to get used to as being from USA appliances are slightly different, but we knew that ahead of time. Also thankful for the previous review that mentioned needing to buy additional toilet paper if staying more than a few days, it was easy to pick up with our groceries. Hosts were very responsive and kind with the questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will remember our trip fondly and our stay here.

It was easily one of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had. The place is so spacious and well designed. From the sun room to the garden to the fully equipped kitchen and the fireplace. It was the perfect home base for our family of five to travel all over the black forest. Sam and Jenny were always a text away for every question we had, and we're very helpful and welcoming. The lake is just a 5 minute walk from the house, and the market is just as close. We loved it, and highly recommend it on a visit to the black forest

All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. Beautiful location - quiet and peaceful. Super responsive host and everything was clean and lovely. It was perhaps a little far out of Zurich for our needs so we didn’t get to enjoy the serenity as much as we would have liked. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing peace and quiet away from the city.

Very cosy, little appartment in the middle of a beautiful area. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The check-in was a bit messy because the host thought we'd arrive a day later, however, she got everything ready in a pinch! The location is also excellent for those who love a good outdoor-holiday, as my partner and I do. We had a wonderful stay!

My wife and I had a magical few days at Rita's loft. The situation is incredibly tranquil with lapping water and birdsong and the Loft is thoughtfully designed with a high spec and everything we needed. Rita was a friendly, informative and responsive host and we look forward to returning soon.

Nice place to stay in Spring, easy to reach via the S1 from Freiburg, host is easy to reach. Would stay again!
