Stayed for new year , hot tub was great once warmed up , weather was awful but still had an amazing time , would definitely recommend and would go again maybe with the grandkids

We had such a wonderful stay here, absolute tranquility. Comfy bed, great shower, lovely kitchen and views. Photos don't do the cottage justice! We'd love to come back 😊

Silvie's Cottage is a true delight! Welcoming, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and feels like a home from home with lots of extra touches. Off road parking in a lovely residential street which is only a short stroll into Church Stretton and a choice of walks straight from the door with no need to use a car. The garden is lovely and adds to the overall atmosphere of a warm welcoming cottage. We loved our few days stay, would highly recommend and plan to return again....hopefully soon! We booked this as a family trip for three for Easter. We arrived and found the property easily by following the instructions sent. There is one car parking space provided which was a decent size, we have previously had issues with tiny air bnb spaces. Easy access as there is a key pad on the door. The property itself matches the pictures, is clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy so was the sofa for sitting watching tv. The only criticism I could make is that some of the ceilings are low for me at 6ft 2 so watch your head haha. The hosts were great and communicated well and the location is absolutely spot on, walking distance to bars and restaurants and a short drive to the zoo and Cheshire Oaks. Would highly recommended!

Alders cottage is a cosy cottage with beautiful interior and a cosy garden which we enjoyed our dinner and ice lollies on. The view is spectacular and the neighbours are really friendly. Although the description of the property says that it is not suitable for children, we took our four children and they loved it; there aren’t any stair gates and the stairs are creaky (for when you want to sneak out of the bedroom during bedtime), however, there were no concerns for the safety of our children. There is a supermarket a short drive away and a local corner shop a 2 minute walk away. Felicity’s responses have been swift and she is very friendly and accommodating. I’d lost my AirPods in the property and without hesitation, Felicity did what she could to get them back to me, as quick as possible. If you’re looking for a break from the city, or need a calm place before going to Alton Tower, I would very much recommend Alders cottage.

What an absolute gem!! The location of the lodge is fantastic, beautifully peaceful countryside with only the birds and local farm animals in sight and earshot. The photos really do not do it justice, the feel inside is super cosy and well equipped. Outside is on another level - the views over the fields, private hot tub and sauna as well as various different seating areas make it stand out. We had planned to walk to the local pub but we were having such a relaxing time we decided not to leave at all! We had asked for the hot tub to be warmed for when we got there, the only thing I will say is bring your fire making abilities with you as you'll need them! Michelle was a great host, she was very responsive both prior to the stay and during, and met us there to let us in, nothing was too much trouble. The return trip is already in discussions!

Brilliant place for a re set if thats what your looking for as we were. Outdoor bath was amazing, views beautiful, canin really cute and comfy. Firepit was lovely too. The other 4 cabins are closeby but you do manage to get your privacy. Dont hesitate its fab!!

Quarry House was everything we needed to enjoy some family time away from it all with all the modern amenities of home - and more!! We loved the hot tub and the house tech, the log burner & play room! Using the playroom in the evening once the children were in bed felt a little like being in the pub 😀 It could do with some TLC with the windows & carpets but it didn't hinder our stay as it was clean and warm with the heating on! Lots of character & spectacular views! We enjoyed a milestone birthday here enjoying walks & meals around the large table! Small minor mishap getting in but easily & quickly resolved & lots of option to communicate throughout the stay as hosts very responsive! Thank you for a lovely stay. Would stay again!

Had a lovely couple of nights here and wished we had stayed longer! It was so quiet, peaceful and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is a lot bigger than the photos and descriptions show, it was super clean, spacious and the hot tub was nice and ready for our arrival - which we made great use of. We also booked a private 1 hour exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool on site (£12 for up to 4 people - bargain!) and all staff were very friendly. We would happily stay here again, comfortable bed, lots of appliances, super quiet - exceeded our expectations! Thank you
