Comfortable place to stay and perfect size. Right down the road from the city and conveniently located next to the hospital where I was rotating at (Kettering).

I paid for 3 nights, and only ended up staying one. Part of me wishes I used all three nights because the spot was amazing. Even though there was a tight squeeze between the toilet and the sink and the shower had so many knobs it took me a bit to figure it out, the room was very cozy and I loved my time there. Joshua is a very responsive and communicative host and I highly recommend this spot to anyone thinking of checking it out!
