Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. Vacation home

Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – perfect for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, this property offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 square metres. You will find a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timberwork and a glazed Tennentor window overlooking the village square.

The holiday home right by the lake offers relaxation for up to 4 people. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with a seating area, the bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the living area with a large dining table and a sofa set. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, on the upper floor. The garden and the partially covered terrace invite you to relax or have a barbecue. Highlights: air-to-air heat pump for heating and cooling, PV system, gas barbecue, Wallbox and garage with automatic roller door.

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Quaint bakery on the Elbe with a special private atmosphere – quietly located on a secluded property, surrounded by tall trees and lots of greenery. The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands alone. No holiday homes close together, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. There is a stork's nest in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dike and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away, and two bicycles are available free of charge.

Time-out house

Relax with family or friends in this cozy space. With barbecue and fire bar, you can make yourself comfortable outside. In winter, the fireplace provides cozy hours. Or you can explore the area. The beautiful Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) and the Lüneburg Heath (15 km) can be reached quickly. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery around the corner. The idyllic forest bath is 10 minutes away. Ideal for girls' groups: "Bake macarons with me" 6 participants, 4 hours, €60 each.

Studio with private entrance

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. The garden is NOT dog-proof!! In the neighborhood, there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. One dog costs a five-euro cleaning fee. There is no smoking indoors

"Dien Uttied" stands for the special break in nature, away from everyday stress and city noise. In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your break! The 2025 newly built caravan has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

Are you looking for a special kind of forest experience? Enjoy a stay in our idyllic and fully equipped holiday home in the south of the Lüneburg Heath. Whether on long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake enjoyment on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire barrel, it is entirely up to you. The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

Experience relaxing days in our stylish Wacholderheide vacation apartment in a historic, landmarked school. The lovingly furnished accommodation combines modern comfort with special charm and is the ideal base for hikes, bike rides and excursions to the Südheide. A terrace with a BBQ, a lockable bicycle shed with charging facilities for e-bikes and a carport complete your stay. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
