It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away). The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

Our three apartments are excellent as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or bike rides on the Drauradweg. You can walk, stroll, feel good and relax in max. 30 min. all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

The cozy annex is located a few minutes walk from Lake Faaker. Via the nearby highway you can reach the parking lot of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and also the Ossiacher See in about 15 minutes. Villach city center is also about 15 minutes away. Right next to the property is a bus stop. And both a Billa and an Adeg are very close. There are many activities all around the beautiful Carinthian lake area.
