Michael is a great host, he gave us clear instructions about finding parking when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our time there immensely

Maria's place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Check in was smooth and everything was in order. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very large and roomy. There is even a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The living room is comfortable and its conveniently located just off route 1. It was perfect for us as we had family staying nearby. Definitely will keep this on our list for the next time in Wells!

Great place, great places to eat, local things to do. Only downside was parking. Still would stay here again anytime I was in Portland!

We had an amazing time at Amanda's listing! The location was quiet and peaceful and a close walk to downtown. Amanda was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

My sister and I had a great stay at David and Kate’s place . Everything we needed was right at our fingertips and the bed was SO comfortable we wanted to take it with us ! This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

I had a great stay at Michael's apartment/condo. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It has more than everything you'd need to cook for yourself. And, the view is pretty fantastic, too--it looks right across the valley to Sunday River and up towards Old Speck and the Grafton Notch area. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

Close to everything! Quiet for the city, and walkable. My husband, our nine month old, and I spent a few nights here exploring Portland and the surrounding area. We were close to the Old Port area and close to the interstate when we headed to the Cape towns! Overall perfect spot.

Easy to check in. Good off street parking. A short drive to stores and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. Great for a weekend trip.

We felt right at home in this gem of a 2 bedroom. We parked our car and didn't get back in until our stay was over. Comfy beds. Bright private apt. Very peaceful, yet close to everything! I highly recommend staying here!

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

The house was adorable, clean, and extremely fairly priced. Reed went above and beyond to accommodate us (and our noisy kids)! The location is a short drive to the beach and the street is super cute and quiet. This was my first experience in an Airbnb and to say we were satisfied is an understatement.

Beautiful spot only 8 minutes away from the Sunday River resort. Walkable to the local restaurants if you like, or a 2 minute drive to any of them otherwise (check out Sud’s Bar). Place was spotless, easy check in / check out, lots of parking, cute fireplace, and I’m a sucker for a hot tub, which was massive (bring flip flops, since it’s in the gravel part of the backyard). Overall, fantastic experience. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a weekend spot with easy access to Sunday River. Thanks, Mark!
