The apartment is in a beautiful cycling and hiking area, with an indoor playground for the children, indoor swimming pool and recreational lake Het Hilgelo within walking distance, Obelink, and Winterswijk are 3 km away

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Our vacation home built in Saxon style was completely renovated in 2019, everything is new and tastefully decorated and equipped with many luxuries. The vacation home is located in a small, quiet vacation park, this park is located in a wooded area with many hiking and biking routes. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. Our house is directly adjacent to the forest. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Above the rooftops of Gemen

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

On the Deäle

Around Winterswijk, nature sometimes seems to have stood still. Here, the idyllic streams wind their way through the small-scale collising landscape with its bushes, fields, avenues, wood ramparts and Scholtengoed. In the farmhouse "Pasman" (1340 first mention as Bovekinck) used to belong to Kasteel het Waliën, we have realized a holiday home. Used old elements and applications of recycled materials in a modern jacket but with the comfort of today.

Enjoy the tranquility of this detached vacation home on a Winterswijk estate. Surrounded by oak trees and overlooking the edge of the forest and meadows, it is a wonderful place to relax. Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse. The Grenspeddelaar is in a special place: there is sometimes hustle and bustle, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, vacationer or passerby is welcome!
